The bottle opener worked great for a while but than the ridges inside wore down and now it doesn't work. The big jar opener was impossible if your hands are strong it works great but if you have arthritis or sore thumbs it does not work

he smaller opener for cans and bottles works beautifully! However, the larger opener designed for jars does not work well at all. I have another jar opener that works great because it has ridges on the inside of each ring, which gives it a strong grip. This one does not have those ridges and is smooth on the inside, so it tends to slip and slide instead of gripping the lid. That being said, I can open some jars that already have ridges on their lids fairly easily. I would have returned the item, but unfortunately I let too much time pass and missed the return window. The red one is the one I should have refunded. The turquoise one as you can see has ridges.

so I originally bought this in hopes it'll fit the lid of the Talenti gelato pints back when I used to eat them but it didn't so I just left it in my kitchen drawer feeling like I wasted money like a dumdum since I rarely buy jars or bottles...so one day recently a couple of Sally Hansen nail polish bottles were stuck and I couldn't open them due to I blame my neuropathy forever effected hands...well I used the littlest bottle size on it then fussed with positioning it right and it worked except on one bottle that was sealed too badly...it also worked like a charm on this bottle of white out I recently bought that was different brand than I usually get...never imagined it was this useful...definitely get this especially if you disabled like me or elderly with any issues with hands or if you have carpel tunnel or such
