Very easy to use, takes out the cork very quickly. Ok- so I wanted to love this opener so badly. When I first came across it I knew I had to have. It’s the perfect spooky fun seasonal opener. A cute conversational piece. However, I opened this the other day to open two bottles of wine and found it extremely difficult and thought the opener may break. It was extremely difficult to get the cork out. Will likely resort to my usual corkscrew . :/ perhaps I got a janky model but i doubt it will last long. Updated my rating because of the support from customer service being responsive and helpful!

Love it because it looks super cute and makes me smile every time I use it. The only problem is that the black color starts to come off after only a couple of uses. It's also not quite as strong as other corkscrews, but it works well to remove corks if used gently.

Love this wine bottle opener, not that I have wine often but when I rarely do I like this guy, the wings are rubbery and flex easy. He is of good quality.

We love this product. Every time we have guests over we get so many comments on it. I did have to watch a video to use it the first time, as we were very afraid of accidentally breaking it. However, once we watched the video, we were experts. I've opened probably a dozen wine bottles with at this point with no issue. I'm not very strong, either, but I don't struggle with it or anything. One thing worth noting is that some corks are very long and may take two attempts to remove. We use Vinny once to get the cork out as far as possible, and then we spin the corkscrew in further and pull the cork out the rest of the way. It's no different than any other wine openers we've used in that regard. I've had several guests ask me for the product link so they can get their own. As such, I would say this makes for a decent gift, and the box is very presentable for gifting, too. I will be buying a new one if mine ever breaks.
