This mattress is built well and somewhat comfortable. But let me tell you it is not 4 inches thick. False advertising. More like 1¾". I bought this one to lay on the top of another one so it would be about 3½inches thick. I am a stomach sleeper and this floor mattress is not thick enough to be comfortable by its self. The storage bag that came with it is a flimsy joke but I use a military duffle to store mine in. But like I said it it made very well just wish it was a true 4 inches thick.

I bought this for my husband for when his restless leg syndrome acts up and he needs to wander throughout the house. He wanted something for his home office that would be nice on his back. He loves it!

Purchased as a "mattress" for company. The individual who slept on the mattress said it was so comfortable. Our dog has arthritis so we put on the futon where she sometimes sleeps and covered with sheet - she loves laying on the mattress and she does not limp after sleeping. Wonderful for Human and Dog

If you are using this on carpet it would be sufficient, but due to the fact that it is not 4inches thick but more like 2 at best, and the fact that I was using it in hardwood floor, I had to put my thicker yoga mat under it and then I was able to sleep. Great size for one though.

Using this floor mattress with a sleeping bag for grandkids and they love it. Very easy to roll up and put away in plastic tub when not in use. Comes with cover sheet and bag. Great product

Not nearly as thick as advertised. Only feel one layer of what can only be described as light weight pillow material. Colors are good and vibrant. The microfiber casing had a significant tear in it, although it does fit the mattress plus my 4” memory foam this mattress was supposed to replace. I passed on legit futon mattresses because this one had the foam center. I couldn’t feel it and given the lack of thickness, my suspicion is that they stopped offering it or messed up. I saw a couple pictures on here with the tear, assumed it a fluke and moved on. I’m on the road and this was meant to be a HUGE comfort upgrade for me. I’m very let down by this. I did give the mattress 24 hours to open up and try to recover from the shipping. Is about 9lbs and pretty easy to maneuver around. I wasn’t able to perform the pictured folded places where the laptop was being utilized, it just didn’t fold right.

Pros: Bought it for camping after buying several, failed airbeds and it worked really well. I slept, comfortably, above the flat ground with this bed. If you want more comfort, add a yoga mat underneath. The size of the futon is a twin size, so there's not much wiggle room. I'm 5'3" with 185lbs, so this was no problem for me. I'd say this wouldn't work for someone taller than 5'8". I love the aesthetics of the futon: black and cyan. I'm glad that the box did include a cover for the bed, so I added a 2inch, microfiber pad with the bed to use the cover over them. Cons: Since this futon has alot of cushion at 4inches, it does become difficult to store away. Expect two people to fold and roll the futon down. The box does come with two strands to tie down the futon, but it requires alot of effort to fold it down. Also, the portable, cloth bag did not last long and the shoulder strands did rip off. I'd say use the plastic bag, instead. Overall, the bed is good for both indoor and outdoor use. It'll be used mainly for myself when I travel or go camping. The bed does seem durable and high quality as well. I may have to buy a space bag and conceal it for storage.
