When I first got this product it had good support and didn't allow me to sink straight to the floor. However, after only a few months of use it has already flattened a noticeable amount. Good enough to keep me comfortably sleeping, but buyer beware of the thickness.

Way better than a memory foam topper. Lightweight and does not take up much storage space. Highly recommend it if you have huge friends/family events. Highly recommend a waterproof protector. This mattress did not rise all the way, even when left out for two days. It has a permanent ridge in one side and a sinking corner. I hesitate to even call this a mattress, as other reviews say, it's little more than a couple blankets folded on each other. I ended up returning it.

This mattress is very thin. I understand I was not buying a full size mattress, but this is as thin a a blanket on the floor. Allowed to rise and still nothing. I don't feel it is worth the price.

My wife and I love the futon but unfortunately, we ordered a queen and received a full. It doesn’t fit on the bed we ordered it for so it’s useless to us. We’ve contacted the seller and Amazon and neither have replied to help us get the right size. Great product but not great customer service. We wish we could return it but there’s no way we’ll be able to stuff it back into the vacuum packed box it was delivered in. Do not recommend buying from this seller :( ... show more
