I bought the clear and use it as a base coat for my lip stick/gloss. It leaves a bit of a wax protective layer, but it isn't super dry or wet which is just what I wanted. The color is fine, but I prefer lighter colored lips. I saw a lot of reviews saying that the lemon smell isn't strong or noticeable, this isn't true. The lemon smell is very strong and as someone who loves lemon actually makes me really want lemon pie. If you do not like the smell of lemon I wouldn't recommend this product.

This is a nice pink color. Many lipsticks/balms are too orangy on me, but not this one. It has good staying power. It is kind of hard, not soft like a lip balm.

When I read the reviews, I thought I would really like this lip balm. After I put it on, it left a weird sensation on my lips-kind of stinging. liie. Also, there wasn't really any color, and it just looked like my lips were clouded over. Oh, and by the way, it is not returnabe, and I can't find a seller's address nor anyone, including customer service, to contact. I do not like to write bad reviews, so I wanted to add (maybe in defense of the seller) that when I received the lip balm, it was mailed in the Amazon white plastic bags with and no insulation or extra packaging, and it was left in my metal mailbox with temperatures in our area close to 100 before the heat index is figured, so that may have affected the quality of the lip balm. I believe the seller's mission and endeavor to deliver a safe and healthy product for its customers is genuine.
