Our old slip and slide ripped right down the middle and you would have thought the world ended the way the kids reacted. Ordered this one with Prime overnight and it showed up the next morning, which saved the weekend. Really impressed with it so far. Three lanes means the kids can race instead of fighting over one strip, and the material feels a lot heavier duty than the cheap one we had before. No tears or thin spots anywhere. It gets plenty slippery once the water is running, which is really all you want out of one of these. The three paddle board style inflatables were a nice surprise. I figured they would be throwaway extras but they actually hold up and the kids use them to slide down on, so they get real use out of them. Setup was straightforward and it stays put once you stake it down. Twenty feet is a good length without taking over the whole yard. For what you get, three lanes plus the bodyboards, the value is hard to beat. Worth it.

Update: this company got back to me right away and sent me a new slide. So I will say even though the first popped, I am very impressed with their service and sending me a new one right away. Moving my stars up for good service! Thank you!! Got this for my daughter for her birthday. We finally got to use it because it started to get warm enough where we live. After two uses it popped a big hole hear the end by the pool of water area. Now hardly any water comes out the sides because all of the water sports out the end. Super sad because she had been wanting this for so long and we barely got any use out of it.

Works well on the hill. Just be aware of the weight of the water at the end, and that the kids using it will pull on the top. The top part had a hard time filling up and spraying water. (Works fine when on flat ground) I had a bucket ready to use with soapy water.

This product is nothing like the original fitness like and I ordered the medium size one however it was still very small. There was no slipping and there was no sliding I had to apply soap in order to make the kids cry. It's pretty to look at but it just wasn't a fun product however I ended up keeping it anyway I would not buy it again and I would not recommend it the original slip what's the best product that I've used as far and again this product was just interiors it's pretty to look at however it wasn't fun it's halfway inflated and it seems like a lot of the parts that I get off Amazon are similar. He was defective or not as described or just something is awfully products. I wouldn't recommend it I wouldn't purchase again however to eat his own. Again I had to apply soap on it before the kids with glide when it's supposed to be real frequent things that was like only halfway working and then again like I said it's just was a poor experience. I only kept this product cuz I didn't have to go through the hassle trying to return it I've tried to return things on Amazon before and even though the picture might seem simple for most I have a disability and it's not simple for me

UPDATE: Customer service reached out immediately and was quick to offer solutions. They followed up diligently and made good on promises. Updated from 2/5 to 3/5 for that reason. Bought this for a mini family reunion - 7 cousins aged 2 to 14 years old - on a hot day in Kansas City. Set up was pretty easy, though the water streams tend to shoot outward until you roll the sides inward toward the slide surface. We set it up and then all the kids went inside to get changed into their water clothes. By the time they came outside, the slide had already succumbed to pressure build up and had a hole along one of the seams. After one slide from each of the kiddos, the hole split across the entire seam, losing all pressure for the water streams to keep the slide wet. We added some dish soap and got the sprinkler out to keep the play going, but the kids quickly lost interest. Definitely make sure to reduce your water pressure after initial setup given how prone this slide is up ripping down the seams. The kids had a good time together though, which was the intended purpose, so not a complete loss. But it went into the trash the next morning...
