This is a great tool for a facial. As you use it the stress of the day disappears. I keep the roller in the freezer giving it some additional benefits. Both items are ergonomic for the hand. These would be comfortable for arthritic hands as well.

Not very impressed with the quality. At first I thought I received the wrong color because the item I ordered looks much more pink in the product image. This is not quite white, but also not what I was expecting. The stone is also not very smooth. The cuts are pretty jagged and there are some nicks in them that you can both see and feel. I will likely be returning Updating my review to 3 stars (at the request of the company) - the company has now reached out multiple times, to offer a free replacement, to provide a shipping label for return, to offer my a different (free) product in place of my item (as I had already returned this one and purchased another by that point), and offer me an amazon gift card as an apology for this experience. This does not change the quality of the item I received, or my honest review of it above, but does indicate a company operating in good faith looking to provide good service to their customers. I would not be hesitant to order from this company again, understanding that I need to be realistic about my expectation, but knowing I will ultimately get good service. Thank you Luz (and others) for your assistance.

It comes with both parts and it does come with instructions. I wasn’t completely sure how to use the tools. However, the product comes with the instructions. Easy to use. Love the color of the tools.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to see how it works, and it is great. It takes the bags of my face. I didn't use it too much before I took the picture, but when I use it correctly, it is great. It takes the bags completely off my face. I only used it for a second before I took the photo, but when I use it correctly, it takes the bags completely off my face. I love this product. I will recommend it to anyone who has bags under the eyes.
