  • SOLID GUITAR!
Very nice guitar for its price solid sound and a very nice body.

  • It came on time and not damaged
Packaging was solid and when I pulled it out of all the wrapping, it was beautiful and with a little tuning it was ready to play the action was nicely set for my style of play.

  • Fantastic guitar for the price but...
I purchased this guitar to try and regain flexibility with my hands. I started playing guitar when was 8, played until I was 40, when arthritis attacked me. 23 years later I have been encouraged by my granddaughter to begin playing again. This Jackson, my first, is remarkable for the price. I removed it from the boxes, pulled out the tools and began to set the guitar up. Frets-not perfect, had to sand edges. . Everything is lined up properly. Pickups sound OK. Everything checked out. I will be replacing the tuners with Wilkinson and the strings with D'addario. The Jackson Js11 is a fantastic little shredder, but Jackson could have paid a little more attention to the fret work ... show more

  • Big Bang for the Buck and Great Quality Control!
I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed in this Jackson. I watched some reviews on this guitar and saw many positives mentioned. So I thought, for $159, I’ll take the gamble. This guitar came packed extremely well, it came out of the box virtually in tune. The frets in my opinion are beautiful. No sharp edges at all all the way up the board. I recently sent a Fender Player Series Strat back (yes I know Fender owns Jackson which blows my mind even more) because it arrived single boxed, poor action and sloppy fret work. So it astonishes me that I can pull a $159 guitar out of the box with no complaints and have it feel and play like a much more expensive guitar. WELL DONE on the JS11 Jackson Guitars. Any new player can have extreme confidence in this axe. ... show more

  • Came broken
Had to use wood glue to fix the piece that was broken off on the tip put the tuning pegs back on put strings back on and it works but the dude at the post office has some anger issues and decided to take it out on this guitar lol I feel that because of the condition it showed up in I should at least get a 40% refund. ... show more

  • Incredible value, beautiful guitar.
Plays like a dream right out of the box. A quick tune and it was ready to go. The neck is unbelievably comfortable to play. Mobility is excellent. Excellent sound. Incredible quality for the price. A really fun guitar for any skill level.

  • Super value
I’m a huge Ibanez fan but decided to try the Jackson. Super easy set up. The neck is pretty thin and the sound is surprisingly awesome. I see a lot make mods to theirs, personally I don’t see the need to. Simple, great tone very nice shiny black. No buzz from pick ups! 🕺🏼🤘🤘🕺🏼
