High-end guitars are always a tricky thing to buy online without touching them first. I was very unsure first when I saw this guitar on Amazon, but decided to go ahead and order it anyway. I knew that I had the protection and warranty that I needed had it not been what I wanted. Guitar came in and it was literally perfect, as perfect as any high-end USA Jackson guitar could be. It was missing one of the strap locks that it was advertised to come with, so I reached out to the seller, and the seller promptly replaced it with not one but two complete sets! And the reason it was missing, was because the guitar was inspected and setup by the seller, prior to delivery to me, so I would imagine that the part simply got lost on the bench. I would buy from this seller anytime. They were a pleasure to do business with, and in case you're wondering, this Jackson guitar is simply incredible. I have over 30 odd guitars, including at least a half a dozen high-end Les Pauls, and this is my daily go-to now. I just can't put it down. ... show more
