Ordered a 1000 then a 1500. At 71 can still pick them up ant carry no trouble. Got caught traveling and dry camped used for two CPAPS. The 1000 ran both for 2 days and recharged really quick at under 5 hrs. I like a product that performs a little better than advertised instead of a little less. Used the 1500 to run corded skill saw, jig saw, sawsall and chop saw really thought I would use up the battery quickly but after about 2 1/2 hours and charging a cordless drill ran down to 51% to me this seems pretty good. Brought both to charging station ( wall socket) charged unplugged left alone today is 60 days since unplugging 100 and 98 %. I'm sure there are others w more power but much heavier, not sure about holding a charge longer. Seems to be lot of products out there talking a good show I just don't know have been extremely satisfied with my jackery,s

This nifty device is a God send for someone with health issues who wants the freedom to travel back. This is my second jackery (my first is a tough little 240 I can't live on the road without) and the power and capabilities of this bad boy mean I can live comfortably out I f my van on road trip adventures for multiple weeks at a time. It's whisper quiet and has no problem running my cpap all night with my little heater as well. Charging only takes a couple of hours celebrity on your method. Just pay good attention to temperature warning levels. If these get too cold, they absolutely won't work. Luckily this unit actually has a warning light to tell you if it's too cold to function.

I bought the smaller version of this and went out west for one month. I bought this one because I just wanted a few extra outlets and I highly recommend everybody to have this. If you have power loss I've had to use it a couple times with the storms in Ohio and I absolutely love it it recharges timely. It serves a great purpose for listening to the radio or plugging in and watching the news on my cell phone etc. not only the next long trip I take it will be mandatory in the back of the truck as a spare electricity point

Runs my camper plus is best choice for national parks where gas is not allowed. Great power outage device. Have 2 jacks 1500 and 300. 300 perfect for the beach While the 1500 is charging back at the camper. Need at least 3 panels for best charging times. I tried 2 but it’s time consuming for charging the 1500.

I purchased the Jackery Portable Power Station Explorer 1500 and have not had any problems with it. However, I did order 2- 200 W Solar panels directly from Jackery and they arrived damaged. Jackery agreed that once they received the solar panels back they would send new ones. I sent them back and Its been over a month and no solar panels. Not only that now Jackery customer service is not even replying to my emails. I would not recommend buying anything from Jackery. Update. I have finally received the replacement solar panels. Will give a couple of stars for that one.

The Jackery 1500 is so close to greatness, but just falls a little flat overall. I chose this unit because I have the Jackery 300 and 2 solar saga 100 watt panels already and have been completely satisfied. My parents have the Jackery 1000 and a couple panels and its been great for them. I found recently I need more power to make it through the night now that I have to use a cpap machine so I went and bought the 1500 while only slightly researching other brands (because I was already happy with my Jackery 300). I have two major issues with the Jackery 1500 that make me question if I should return it and get a different unit. 1. I received the unit today and noticed that I could not plug my solar saga 100 watt solar panels directly into the unit. Jackery is forcing you to use the adapters that come with the 1500 to plug in the panels. It supports up to 4 panels, why isn't there just 4 ports for the solar saga panels on the Jackery unit? Having to use an adapter just makes it feel like less of a polished product and is slightly annoying. Its not even the overall barrel connector that is the wrong size, it is the pin in the middle of the connector that is a different size so the solar panels don't work directly with it. 2. The selection of ports seems very outdated compared to some other units. My Jackery 300 has 2 outlets and 3 usb ports (1 usb C and 2 A ports). The 1500 has 3 outlets and the same number of usb ports. Really? 1 more outlet for a battery that is 5 times the size? How does that make any sense? I get that you can use a power strip with it, but that is one more thing i'll have to carry around. Again, just makes this feel like less of a polished product. If those two things were fixed, this would be a pretty close to perfect battery bank. I bought this unit for sheer size of battery and it does that while still being a reasonable weight to carry around. I've seen comments about this using older battery technology where after 500 cycles it'll be 80% of its original capacity and the newer batteries are longer lasting, but when comparing against the anker 757, the Jackery starts with around 20% more battery already so in my mind that is a wash and not a big deal. I don't think those newer batteries are worth the extra weight. I also like that the inverter on the Jackery can do 1800 watt continuous and 3600 watt peak for short bursts. I'm looking at doing some construction on some remote land in the near future and plan on powering my tools with this and like how much headroom that gives. Tldr: Just know if you buy this you are buying it for sheer capacity at a manageable weight, not for number of ports or solar panel charging that won't require adapters (even while using the Jackery branded solar panels)
