I like the look and portability. Also, the interface is very easy to use and gives all the pertinent information. The displayed values for time left to charge and to discharge are relatively accurate. But it will be limited as a back-up in a power outage. I tested 3 of my appliances. The freezer at a steady 115W lasted 8.5 hours The refrigerator ranged from 0 to 138W and lasted about 11 hours. The time left to charge varied with the variable wattage used. The space heater, on the medium setting, used 916W and lasted 1 hour. The solar charging gained 1% of charge in about 6 hours of PNW sunshine, so not helpful.

This is a great unit. It packs a lot of power in a smaller form factor, making it easy to carry around. The 2 solar panels are well made and simple to setup. I was getting 197 out of 200 total watts on first use. I like the bubble alignment on panels to adjust the panels properly, as it makes a big difference. I started off with 120 total watts and after adjusting both panels to center the dot, I was producing 197 watts (out of 200). In late afternoon, the panels are still producing 140 total watts. The app is also nice, and has worked flawlessly. I like that you can set upper and lower charge limits to prolong battery life and prevent damaging the cells. Everything was packed extremely well, and all arrived in perfect condition. The only bit of confusion was me not realizing the solar panels shipped separately. It was not stated anywhere they would ship separately, or I missed it. They arrived a day later. In my initial tests, It handles 1500 watts with no issues. I set it to discharge to 15% and cut off, and the feature works well. I can’t think of any negatives and I highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a powerhouse that is easy to carry around.

I ordered a product that had a $600 off coupon, which was supposed to include the Jackery solar generator and two solar panels yet when I checked my order the cost DID NOT reflect the $600 off price that was advertised when I ordered it and now it looks like the solar panels are NOT included even though the product description clearly stated it was for the generator AND 2 solar panels. Jackery won’t get back to me and Amazon says to take it up with the seller. Neither Jackery nor Amazon want to address the issue. If I could give this ZERO stars I would.
