This stacks on my main 2000 plus unit. We like that it is powerful without weighing too much to move around. LifePO4 battery will last for years. We also like the portability to use it camping or for home back up. We can also charge this battery pack separately with our Jackery solar panels.

We use this for the basics, fridge, 3 lights in the living room and a light in our kitchen. In addition to charging various devices. It gets the job done. However… if your solely relying on the sun/solar panels to charge this it takes awhile ( you’ll need back up sources for power ( gas/propane generator) It’s also very heavy. ... show more

Like most other jackery products, it is hit or miss so tired of their lack of real support, delays, and product failures. Hours and hours of downtime and driving, since they have NO PHONE or chat support. All support is via email, and no response for days and then it's usually after 3pm pacific. Which means they are definitely not US support. You will not get any meaningful support from jackery. You will just get endless requests for pics and videos of you resetting the device(s) and error codes First off, every time you disconnect a cable, you have to unbind the explorer plus unit and the set everything up again. You may have to do this 10 to 15x before the 2000 Plus unit sees the battery pack. God forbid you try and stack 2! It's like herding cats. Then they don't tell you that you can't charge the battery packs seperate from the main unit, it must trickle down. Then why are their solar inputs!!!! Well, at least they sold me two 200w panels to fix my battery pack charging issue. Then they suggested the solar series connector to make use of my existing panels and new jackery panels. Doesn't work. I've had 2 different 2000plus main units and the all get F2 errors See my other jackery explorer reviews. Very disappointed and sorry I spent so much on their lies. ... show more
