It's a cheap coin rack. If you--like me--are only in service for a couple of years and are just looking for something to throw a couple of coins on because you don't want to lay them on a table, this is perfectly fine. I would not recommend this for a real display at home, office, or for a retirement gift of any kind. It's cheap, the wood feels fragile, it arrived splintered in a few locations, and there's glue clearly visible coming through the joints onto the face of the rack. The two sides that are supposed to be used for mounting couldn't be attached--the screws simply don't get any purchase inside the provided holes. I used Command Strips to mount mine to the wall. Honestly, I'd take a chance with another rack if I were you. It seems unlikely that you'd end up with one WORSE than this. ... show more

Caution, there are 4 threaded metal inserts in the two mounting boards. Three of four were found to be improperly installed and loose. The first screw caused the insert to break loose about half way tightened and had to be hacksawed for removal. I removed the other inserts, re-drilled and used conventional hardware. Love the rustic look of this display, it matches my interior much better that the regular glossy Cherry or Black finishes that most coin displays have. It holds all my coins with room for more in the future. You do have to attach the side panels but it's quite easy. One thing to note; the sides are just under 4 inches wide so if you hang it, it will stick out from the wall that much. I would advise against placing it on the wall in a high traffic area where someone might bump into it. It would also sit on a desk or table very nicely. ... show more

Built well. Does as advertised. Good price. 5 Stars.....But, the choice of fasteners ie Allen head , come on guys cross tip would have been my choice, easiest for the consumer to assemble. Also would save your company money due to the fact you would no longer have to include a tool with the fastener kit just saying. Still very happy with the purchase. ... show more

It held about 40 coins easily. It does come with sides that allow it to stand on its own, but with the sides, it sticks out pretty far from the wall. I added picture hangers to the back and forewent attaching the sides. But for the price, it is pretty nice and very sturdy.

Good value for the money, only issue is the third shelf down is put in backwards so the coins don't seat. Although not unusable, it presents a problem. I used coins that were still in plastic protectors and wedged them between the second and third row. Nice look and feel, went together easy.

Right away you can tell this product is very poor quality, but for the price it does its job. The assembly was a pain in the ass, one of the screw holes was packed with some kind of glue and had to be scraped out. Assembly for 4 screws ended up taking 30 minutes using the worlds smallest Allen wrench. All in all I'm disappointed with this product but it will need to be enough until i can replace it with real wood. ... show more
