Also the only J Crew Giftcard I've ever bought. It was standard credit card size and sturdy plastic (which may not be so great for the environment, but I've seen people use leftover giftcards to make art so who knows where it will end up?). It was a gift. I can only assume the recipient was happy with it. She did request it, but she wasn't at the family Christmas party where we exchanged gifts.     • DO NOT BUY THIS JCREW GIFT CARD - DOES’NT WORK

I ordered the 2 cards for $50 each and verified the balance on the phone. Went to Jcrew to use them today and the cashier said they were invalid. I was horrified and so worried I got scammed. The cashier was great and helped me talk to customer service. It took about .5 hour for them to straighten it out, they said they see a balance but the cards were invalid. They finally gave me a new card with $100 on it and said do not buy gift cards from amazon, they have not been working. I told them they should stop selling them on amazon. So messed up for the customer. While it did sorted out, it was not worth all the trouble. The cashier was great. If you get a cashier that would not want to deal with this, you will think that you just got scammed on amazon. My Co. gave me a $500 gift card from amazon, but I didn’t know what else to get and I love jcrew. ... show more
