This standing desk frame was easy to assemble and well-designed. The metal parts are nicely finished and flawless. The fully assembled frame feels sturdy. The lift mechanism operates smoothly and the motor is quiet when running. Overall, this desk frame looks high quality and works well. I have a fully-equipped woodshop so have the wherewithal to fabricate a hardwood top. I want to make a 60” x 30” x 1-1/2” top using White Ash. The finished product will be used as a computer desk that supports dual 32” LCD monitors and other small computer peripherals. The Amazon product listing says: recommended for desktop lengths of 36” – 61”, widths of 19” – 30” so I’m within the size recommendation. But the maximum weight capacity of this frame is only 160 lbs. According to my calculations, a kiln-dried White Ash top of this size weighs between 60 to 90 lbs. So this desk frame is marginal for my use case. The only way to tell is to make the top first and weigh everything I need the frame to support. I wish this frame had a higher capacity so I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of weighing. It would be disappointing if I ended up needing a different desk frame. ... show more

I think the price is pretty fair. The metal is good and it operates up and down well. I would only buy this if you have a really nice top you want to use or if you're designing your own top to put on these legs.

Es un excelente producto, fácil de montar, pero en la publicación se ofrece con sensor anticolisión y al momento de ponerlo a prueba "bajar la mesa con un obstáculo en su recorrido" no funciona. Me gustaría recibir soporte técnico para aclarar que paso con dicho sensor.
