I’ve learned that duvet covers are just not for me. I am so annoyed at the twisting and bunching. Before you think to yourself “this idiot must not have tied the corners to her blanket”…yes, I did. And a positive, it came with more ties than I was expecting. One in each corner and another tie in the middle along the top and bottom. And it still moves around in there. Regardless, it’s a beautiful color and very soft on both sides! Very nice to have over our down comforter for the winter. Recommend for sure if you like duvet covers. ... show more

The color is almost exactly the color of the pic with no pillows on the bed. This picture was taken indoors but with a small amount of natural light, a warm overhead light and a warm light on the nightstand. I was disappointed that the color was not as vibrant as the advertised pic shows. The closest advertised pic is the one that says "dim light," though it's not as vibrant. However, after I made the whole bed with pillows and everything, I like it much better. I still wish it were more vibrant though. Just a note: I took it outside when I first opened the vacuum sealed package, and it wasn't any closer to the main picture advertised or any other color under "Please See Below Light Reference." It still looked like the dim lighted picture, but not as vibrant. It's fairly soft and commie though. ... show more

This is probably the duvet cover of my dreams. I purchased this on a whim, wanting something more appropriate for autumn and winter months, and it is now my most favorite duvet I have ever owned (and I've owned a lot). It is SO very soft and lovely (the green color is *luxurious*) and it can easily hold up to the heft of a thicker/heavier down-alternative duvet inside it. It definitely gets toasty, so be prepared for that! Its only been through the wash three times so far, so I can't attest to the long-term longevity of it, but so far it is holding up just fine. The only thing I would change about it would be to add additional tassels/ties on the inside to hold the duvet in place, but those are easy to add myself so it isn't enough of an issue for me to remove a star for it. ... show more
