The look, functionality, dual temperature control reliability and storage is top notch. For people that think non-standard sizes do not fit, this is misleading. The non-standard bottles will not fit if you face them all spout forward (I have a slew of those for white wine from a recent 2nd, for me, all time trip to the NY state Finger Lakes region). However, a neat trick is to turn them in the opposite direction and somehow some significantly odd sizes do indeed fit snugly but the door then closes fine and the temperature is maintained. It is right next to my work space and yes you hear the compressor come on sporadically but it purrs like a kitten and has a very low decibal level. This has been a great purchase. It had sold out for a bit but a few more became available. I snagged it when that happened. So happy I did. I Love the look and sleek design and the led lighting too. ... show more

    • Does not hold more than 24 bottles...
I like the look of it...fits nicely in the decor...seems to work fine as far as temperature is concerned...the "lock" does not work with the keys provided...I had to just bend it out of the way so the door would shut...don't need the lock...so not a big deal to me...the biggest disappointment is that it really does not hold the number of bottles advertised...It does not hold more than 28 bottles...and to do that, I had to take a shelf out and stack the bottles together. ... show more

The wine fridge is well made and looks good. This was an early Christmas gift for my wife. She likes the fridge. The issue I have is with Ivation's customer service. Beware! It's horrible. Long story short: our wine fridge arrived with a broken door hinge. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but Ivation's wine fridge has exposed wiring under the hinge cover. We have kids and it could be dangerous if they touched or pulled on the wiring. You would think this would be an easy fix. Nope. First my wife called Ivation to explain the issue and ask for a part to be shipped. The customer service rep was horrible. She actually told my wife "sorry but we are too busy to ship out a part. Call us back in about a month"... What? Too busy to take care of a customer? I then called them and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. I was transferred to a guy named Ben. He was about as helpful as the first rep we spoke too. He said they don't have the part right now. I asked if I could order it so it could be shipped to me when they do have it. I was basically told that they didn't know when parts would be coming in...huh? You don't know when you will be receiving a parts order? Anyway, like I said, the fridge is nice. But if you care about customer service and satisfaction I would avoid Ivation at all costs. Spend the extra money and go with a name brand. ... show more

    • Nice unit overall
Unit is very nice. Quiet and maintains two zone cooling fairly well. By that I mean you need to install two thermometers inside to accurately set the correct temp in each zone. The front panel displays are a few degress higher than the actual interior temp. Most bottles will fit but longer ones have to go in a horizontal compartment on bottom. That will hold 3 bottles. They could have added another inch to the interior depth. My only real issues are: no way to reverse the door, front door alignment slightly off with cabinet, small dime size dent in side of cabinet from shipper. I maintain 55 degrees for reds and 45 degrees for whites and champagne. So it is dual zone for sure, if you spend some time fiddling with settings and add interior thermometers. All in all, nice product that looks great that adds a nice classy touch to my kitchen decor. ... show more

    • White wine bottles
I really do like the dual wine cooler. My only thing I did like is that it’s no long enough for all white wine bottles. Not talking about special or different shape bottles just some white wine bottles are about half an inch longer.

The only problem I found was it isn’t deep enough to accommodate an open wine bottle with a cork sticking out of it.

Looks great and runs quietly. Functions well, however, some difficulty fitting even some regular wine bottles if they were on the longer side. Not a chance fitting a magnum size unless you plan on placing it down in the bottom portion.
