This rug was great for about 6 months. Now it has large wrinkles which stick up high and I have tripped over it repeatedly. It is very difficult to vacuum. It slides around too much. What initially looked like a very impressive rug ended up being a mistake.

Very disappointed to see the tag on the back that says it's made of 100% polyester, not chenille (cotton yarn). Polyester is an oil based product that's bad for your health and the environment. False advertising / misleading description!

For the price it's a great rug. The rows are spaced out a bit further than you would expect, which is noticable on the edges and from certain angles but there is plenty of cushion in the base to make up for it comfort-wise. It's too tall for my bathroom door to open over it, so take that into consideration if you have a small bathroom and/or a door with little clearance.

It took me a few tries to find a rug the size and softness that I liked. This rug is great! It's soft and cushy. It does not slip around at all on the bathroom floor. My dog loves laying there while waiting outside the shower. Its easy to pick up and shake out outside or into the shower for a quick clean and it washes great. No pulling or damage after washing. Highly recommend!

Love these rugs!! I ordered 3 of the charcoal rugs for my master bath. I loved them so much that I ordered 3 more for our guest bath. I've purchased similar rugs from stores in the past, and they often had hard or sharp material sewn underneath to give them this appearance. These are extremely soft! The color was exactly what was shown on Amazon. I would definitely recommend these!

I waited until after I washed this bath mat before writing a review. The mat is a quality mat that sustains its shape, its size, and its absorbency after washing. I am very pleased with it. That mat has weight, stays securely in place and does not slip. The chenille is soft, yet absorbent and dries quickly. I could not ask for more in a bath mat. This one met my expectations and more.

Very comfy and absorbent! I bought one of these to use in front of my garden tub, but my husband and daughter kept stealing it to use in front of their shower. They have their own bath mat but prefer mine. Since I also prefer mine, I just bought a second one for them. I just saw someone criticize the "false advertising" for this rug not being cotton. The reviewer obviously doesn't understand what chenille actually is, and I feel that I really ought to correct her. Chenille is a type of textured yarn that is often woven into a fabric of the same name. It has a fuzzy texture because of its unique weaving technique of twisting threads together to create a thicker, fluffy thread. It can be made of different types of fibers -- cotton, polyester, rayon, wool, silk, etc. The weaving technique used to make chenille is what gives the yarn its absorbent characteristic. The reviewer also doesn't understand that microfiber, which is what this bathmat is advertised as being made of, is always a synthetic fiber. You cannot buy cotton microfiber in any form that I know of. I understand that the average person doesn't know a whole lot about textiles (I only do, because I sew), but the reviewer is blaming Amazon for false advertising because she's ignorant of what things mean. There is no false advertising here, just cluelessness on the part of the reviewer.
