    • It's a good tapioca flour. It would be better if the bag would seal.
I like the flour. It is just finely ground tapioca root...what else can I say. My only complaint is that, like many resealable bags, the zipper built into the bag does not work. I cannot get it to zip. I have to use a bag clip to seal the bag. Other than to non sealing bag, it is a great product.

Some tapioca flour is gloopy as a thickener, but this works great. No more gloopy sauces or gravies!

Tapioca powder became suddenly difficult to find. I was excited to find this one available and at a decent price. It works just like it should. My only complaint is that the resealable zipper on the packaging became disconnected so that it is useless. I solved the problem with a clip on the bag.

Tough stuff to find for purchase in supermarkets in Minnesota since COVID, so this fit the bill perfectly. Comes in a bag large enough to reach into with a measuring cup (versus trying to pour it out), so doesn't leave a huge powdery mess, pretty well-priced, and makes delicious Pao de Queijo. My only gripe is that the "Resealable" seal on the bag was destroyed the first time I opened it, but we have plenty of bag clips given that you can't really count on bags being "Resealable" anymore. ... show more

Yum!!! It’s very good quality tapioca starch. It is so tasty and can be used a lot. Now I can eat Brazilian cheese bread anytime and be very happy‼︎
