    • Why go back to corn starch?
I grabbed some of this, intending to make Brazilian Cheese Bread, which I did, and it was wonderful. But it's become my go to thickener for everything else since then.

This flour is very good. I gave it 4* because if I have to invite celiac friends to enjoy something delicious, I wouldn't be able to. Since it is not gluten-free because it is processed together with wheat. It means there is cross contamination. It would be the same if a celiac patient consumed wheat. Overall very happy with product. Amazon shipping unfortunately boxed the package loose with some cornered items, which poked a small hole in the resealable pouch. So maybe order it separately to avoid puncture, if you want to use the pouch for storage like I did.
