Quick, easy coverage with every click! Our uniquely designed concealer offers antimicrobial protection and a consistently fresh formula that won't dry out. Simply wipe the tip with a dry cotton swab to remove any excess. My new concealer has formula on the applicator despite a sealed cap. Is this product still new and fresh?
