We LOVE this rack! It’s form and function all in one and looks beautiful when mounted. We purchased all new cue sticks from Amazon and combined the ensemble gets compliments from everyone who sees It. One of the reasons we chose this unit was to mitigate players hitting the suspended ceiling in our basement when returning their cue sticks for storage. Because this unit guides the sticks in and limits how far up the stick can go, we haven’t had any issues at all. There were reviews that complained of the drawer but we haven’t had any issues at all. Since installing it, our friends and neighbors have purchased and installed the same unit. I would purchase this again immediately and highly recommend this unit to all those looking to add a touch of class and all kinds of functionality to their billiards area! ... show more

I love this product, probably the nicest looking cue rack I could find on Amazon. However, when I received the product the first time, it was damaged (see photo #1). And when I sent it back and they sent another one, the second one was damaged too (see photo #2). I do not want to keep sending the product back and forth, so I’d like to keep the second one, but still would appreciate assistance from the seller. I also sent the seller a message asking for help, but no response yet. I’m hoping they will respond to this review. ... show more

The product looks great and is easy to install. However, the Chinese manufacturer didn't make a very understandable description of how it goes together. Kind of a figure it out as you go but for something easy to install it was worth it. Love it.

The rack was difficult to assemble because the instructions were not clear. We recently noticed that there are several cracks in the board at the back of the rack. It obviously cannot support the weight of the equipment that it is proposed for. We definitely unsatisfied with this purchase.
