Given some of the reviews, I was skeptical of this bag, but I'm really pleased with it. It is definitely leather. It doesn't have any odor (other than a faint smell of leather) or any defects. It is the perfect size for my needs. I really like the multiple pockets including the outer zip pocket which makes it so easy to reach for my phone without having to dig in my bag. I haven't worn it as a crossbody yet, but the handles are comfortable and the bag sits nicely in the crook of your arm. This is exactly the style of purse I was looking hard and long for. I had found a cheaper one and bought it. Of course, you always get what you pay for, and I received a poor quality, damaged purse. Lesson learned. This one ROCKS! It has separate compartments inside with a couple pockets inside. The zipper works well, and the purse comes with a long shoulder strap. Update: I sat my purse out on the table with it opened. The smell dissipated enough so that I'll keep the purse. As I said earlier I really like this purse. It's well made and worth every penny. I'm giving it 4 stars only because of the initial smell. I love this purse. It is indeed genuine leather. However, it smells horrible!!!!!!! I am letting it sit out and if the smell doesn't dissipate I will return it. The smell is so bad it makes the purse unusable. I really like this purse so I hope the smell improves. ... show more

When I saw the bag, I initially thought it was smaller than I expected but upon closer look, the size is just perfect. It's big enough to accommodate quite a few things and small enough to still be cute, the quality of the leather is good, it has no smell and it's very useful to move anout in, it's not heavy, it can be used casually or for different occasions. I definitely recommend, after a few weeks I have to update my review to say that the bag has started showing some discolorations, this is a big disappointment because I really liked the bag, I don't know what the issue Is with it An update on my review I reached out to the seller of the bag with my complaint and not only were they swift to respond to me, they offered me options of solutions, to either refund half of the money or give me another bag, because I really like the bag, I picked the option to get another bag which they sent to me, I requested for red and that was what I got.
