LOVE THESE. Got them today. Put them on and I LOVE them. They are a soft pleather material, and they have a cushion on the sole which made them easy to walk in. There are a rich black color, and I like how they ARE NOT wide in the calf area since I have skinny legs. I have them on with a skirt and pantyhose and they look wonderful.     • If You Are A True 7.5 Read This!
Ok so I never write reviews but since I struggled with this purchase with the sizing I thought I should write a review to save others from returns. After reading all the reviews on sizes and the fact that I am really a true 7.5 I ordered the 8 because I didn't want them to squeeze my toes and not be comfortable to wear for a long period of time. When I received the 8 and tried them on the fit was good and I did in fact have room in the toe area and also the width. These are not as narrow as you are thinking and the way they are made it bends perfectly at the toe area when you walk (if that makes sense). It's not a hard type of material that doesn't bend when you walk but in fact moves with you making them super comfortable. So after jamming my foot all the way forward in the boot I had about a finger behind my heel in the back with the front still not being uncomfortably crammed in the front. So I bit the bullet and had to do a return and reorder (not a fan that Amazon doesn't do exchanges anymore but the fact you have to return and reorder is a pain). I just recently received my 7's in the mail and boy oh boy am I happy that I returned the 8 and got a 7. They are absolutely perfect in size!! The fit couldn't be more perfect! My toes are not crammed in the front like I was worried about. The boots are not narrow in width that my feet feel like they are being squeezed. My other worry is I have a weird high bump on the top of my one foot and if I wear tight boots for a long time that area becomes numb. These boots are not tight at all on your feet. They are built with just enough room for your feet to breath and be comfortable. So if you are like me and are a true 7.5 and don't know which way to go with sizing I am telling you go with the 7!! ... show more
