The media could not be loaded. Very sophisticated scooter with almost all functions which I can imagine with an electric scooter. It has a strong acceleration - especially in the sports mode, but also strong brake(s). The electronic brake is how I exactly want it - strong to brake fast, but not too strong that it would cause a hazard even when using maximum braking force. The manual brake in the back helps as assistance or backup and also works well. The scooter is still amazingly small for the power and speed and does not have too much weight to transport. Folding and unfolding can be done in seconds even though there is a safety flap which helps to keep it safe during the ride and prevents from folding accidentally. The riding itself is very comfortable with the inflatable tires. The scooter has a clean, futuristic look and does not show any kind of exterior cables, which is not only beautiful, but also prevents from damaging the cables. The display is bright and easy to see even in full sun. It comes with the basic functions already from the one button in the right handle, but almost every imaginable function and telemetry data for an electric scooter is available through the free app working with Bluetooth (no pairing needed). The media could not be loaded. This scooter is sturdy and beautifully made, I get compliments on it everywhere I go. It is a wonderful investment if you are looking to buy. Please see my video review, I initially made with my black scooter, I now have one in red that I use and it’s awesome sauce will update with a video review for that one when I’m not so busy with work after the holidays. This scooter does exactly what it’s Supposed to, you also have an app that will let you control the functions of the scooter. Has horn, alarm, cruise control, dual breaks, led lights on the front, sides of base and on the back break that works like a tail light on a car when you Apply the breaks. Fastest speed I’ve gotten up to was 25mph on a flat stretch of surface in sport mode, it also gets great mileage for commuters like myself. Does well on slight inclines, easy to fold, carry and store. Customer service agent Candy took care of all my questions and concerns they care about you and making sure you receive the best quality product.     • Safety First! Beware!
I bought this scooter for my boyfriend as a Christmas present. I was ecstatic that his commute will be easier. Let's take this step by step so we can logically highlight critical concerns. Gripe 1. "Zero-start" = press button and scooter moves. No "zero- start", scooter STILL moves. What does this mean? Well, when you try to stop the scooter, using the back brake, the scooter does not actually stop. *drum roll* Enter the front brake (which has an obnoxious beeping when used), so you press the front brake because the back brake does not work. The front brake will allow you to briefly stop the scooter and then the wheels will start going again but this time pulling you along while you're walking next to it. So turn it off right? (even though, it is inconvenient to completely turn the scooter off if you're waiting at a light...) So turning it, a possible solution BUT you can't while the Bluetooth is on (which automatically connects...because it needs the app to change the settings while you're scooting...) So overall, very dangerous, impractical, and inefficient (as you can imagine having the wheels spinning while you're trying to rally a runaway scooter) Gripe #2: "Foldable, yes, technically. The latch is difficult to unlatch, hurt my hand a few times applying the force required to unlatch it. Then to slide back brake down to narrowly engage a tiny plastic hook. This 30lb scooter is being held precariously with this tiny nub of a locking mechanism. Ok, so we fumbled our way to get it folded, now to unfold it. Well, depress the back brake and pull the handle up to snap it into place. *unable to snap handle into place*. Why won't it snap into place? Well, the power cables are in the way, repeatedly being crushed by the latching mechanism. So, clearly, I am not happy with this scooter so return it because, well, amazon right? NOPE, $150 shipping charge, so now I'm stuck with a useless, dangerous electric scooter that does not reach 18.6mph or 18 miles per charge. With this, I bid fair warning. Isinwheel, I'm willing to take a replacement if there is a slim chance I was a victim of poor quality control. ... show more

The scooter arrived in such poor condition it looked like it was recycled for parts! Screws were missing, the neck didn’t align with the display so you couldn’t attach it without damaging the screws and the accelerator was broken (off of the handle no less!). Unwittingly I ordered the same from Walmart and while it was ok, the back tire was defective and flat immediately. The fender brake is useful if it hadn’t pulled the taillight out. The scooter engine is sluggish and rarely gets to 18mph (I weigh 145lbs). It does have good shock absorbency. I think I’m going to buy solid honeycomb tires which will make it shocks resistant but alleviate worry about flat tires. It’s a decent size and the app has a lock feature if kept on. The catch latch to fold it up doubles as a hook for travelling but otherwise doesn’t keep the scooter compact when folded. ... show more

The battery took about 3 hours to fully charge. It lasts for about 3 hours of constant riding before it depletes. It goes pretty fast too. The phone app is easy to use. It will even let you set a max speed so your kids cant speed above that. It lets you lock the scooter to prevent thievery. It has a strong LED headlight and bright brake lights. ... show more

So I originally ordered two scooters, the first one arrive and had zero issues. It only goes 14 mph though which I was hoping it would go a little faster. Now the second one arrived and the back fender was broke and so was the tail light. I ordered a replacement and it was exactly the same.
