I am SO pleasantly surprised and impressed with this! I needed something in my living room to contain toys and books for my son. I wanted something smaller, but sturdy and nice looking. This shelf is absolutely adorable. It was easy for my husband to put together, and surprisingly good quality! I love that the 2 bins are on wheels, it is so easy to pull them out, let my son play, and push them back in when he’s done. For anyone that follows a Montessori approach, it’s also great because at one year old, it is the perfect size and height that my son can easily access it on his own. We purchased this as a toy storage option to have in our living space. I wanted something functional for our little one that is also sleek enough to not ruin the “adult” space. Easy to put together and with great storage, this was a great compromise! I love that the drawers aren’t on a track as it makes it a breeze to roll the drawer around as I am picking up in the evening rather than having to load my arms with toys and make multiple trips. The only con is it is a bit wobbly and doesn’t come with a wall mount. We solved this very easily by purchasing a simple mount attachment and adding it ourselves, so not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning! ... show more

It feels sturdy and looks great now, but I don’t think it’ll withstand many bumps (as I was twisting screws in, the vinyl paint sometimes cracked a bit, exposing the particle board beneath). The thing took me an hour and a half to put together. The screw starter holes weren’t drilled evenly/ correctly, which made things much harder. You definitely need a drill for this project. I will say though, that the directions were very easy to follow. Also they give you a few extra screws and such, just in case. I liked that. It's cute and fits a surprising amount for how small it is, but I feel like I paid more than it's worth. It came with some damage and flaws in the paint which was disappointing. A couple things I noticed once I put it together: Because the drawers are separate toy boxes on wheels that fit under the shelf (not connected to the unit in any real way), it doesn't have a solid bottom piece, so it seems like it would be easier for a little one to pull the unit unsteady and tip over on themselves. Or, if you're wanting to block an area off it won't be very effective since they can pull the toy boxes out and crawl through to the other side. I also wish the entire shelf and drawers were just a bit deeper. I think if it were a few inches deeper it might feel less tippy, and could store more larger toys. Although, I was surprised at how much I was able to fit in the two drawers and on the shelf which was relieving as at first I thought it wouldnt fit half of what we have. I wouldnt have purchased it had I known how I would feel once I had it in person, but it also wasn't bad enough to return. It's simply okay, but I dont love it. ... show more

I would definitely recommend having 2 people to put this together, otherwise it was perfect! We bought this for our baby's nursery and love it! The baskets underneath are on sturdy wheels and slide out very well. The while thing is very sturdy and exactly as pictured! We a had a small issue with a sharp chip taken out (most likely in shipping), but the customer service was excellent. They offered us a couple different options to fix the issue, all of which were satisfactory. Great product, amazing customer service. 10/10! ... show more
