I like to ride into the fall and winter until the DOT starts treating the roads with salt and chemicals. These gloves are just the ticket; affordable, comfortable, and warm. I have not used the touchscreen finger yet so I didn't rate it but I assume it'll be fine since it's not something I would use all the time while riding anyways. To be totally fair to this review, I have not used the gloves on a ride yet. I've never been anything but a medium in any other glove. On this glove, I wish there was a "medium+" size. The glove fits fine but it's difficult to open my hand fully. Not a big deal and I'm sure they'll break in some. Another issue I have is all the orange decals and logos. In person, it's much brighter. And one of them just says "Expert Rider" which I think is a little silly. I used a Sharpie to cover what I could. ... show more

There are far more expensive gloves out there, but this serves it's purpose of keeping my hands warm in the Florida "winter". My Speed Twin 900 doesn't have hand guards and I don't plan on getting any. So in the infrequent occasion where the temperature drops to around 60-ish at night, the riding temperature dips close to the 50's and I don't like to be too cold. This actually makes my hand so warm that it's close to sweating! The touchscreen works very well, I just wish they had one for the middle finger too--it's only on the index (not a deal breaker). The fit is great, but the outer glove is a bit loose, so it *feels* bigger than what it really is. I hope that makes sense. It's understandable though and it does not hamper the operation of my motorcycle. ... show more

    • They do a good job at keeping out wind but not a lot else.

They kept my hands warm in in 35 degree weather for the most part. The tips of my fingers do get pretty cold after about 30 minutes but the gloves do a great job at keeping the wind out. The touch screen layer at the tip of your finger is useless since the gloves have a ton of empty space between the tip of your finger and the tip of the glove. It's impossible to do anything on my phone with how bulky and fluffy the tips of the gloves are. The hard plastic on the knuckles is uncomfortable as well since it pushes hard against my hands. These are gloves that definitely require some breaking in. I would say these are worth it if you don't plan on doing very much riding in cold weather and therefore do not want to spend a lot of money on winter gear. This is a great pair of gloves for the money, I ordered 1 size up and it fit perfectly. It seems to be well made, windproof, and waterproof just like advertised. I can't comment on longevity yet since I only had it for about 2 weeks now. The additional protection features are nice, hopefully, I won't get to test it. These gloves will keep the water and the wind away from your hands, but depending on your bike and handlebar position, it might not be enough to keep your hand warm. My handlebar is exposed to the wind so my hand would get cold after about 30 minutes of riding in 50-degree weather. If you have a fairing or something that blocks the wind from the handlebar, you will be able to ride in a much lower temperature. ... show more

Strange that Amazon wants a review before you get a chance to wear the gloves more than once. They did seem to keep out the cold air on my late night ride home from work. Although it was only around 60°F, wind chill probably 50°F. It did not do as well as my Mossy Oak hunting gloves, but those are not waterproof, and a little thicker not made for motorcycle riding, but definitely warmer. I can't say for the waterproof aspect yet because I haven't rode in the rain yet. I will update when that happens as to whether they live up to the claim. But it's most definitely a comfortable glove with a nice fit. ... show more

These are warm, they are comfortable, you can use your phone without taking them off. Make sure your gloves are the last thing you put on after putting your key in though because your not getting into your pockets. These things are thick SON. also even though the fit my hands perfectly somehow the fingertips are a little to long. You would just have to put them on to understand fully.
