So easy to assemble in moments!! Hung it on the door frame between kitchen to garage, so I try to use it every time I see it. So simple to use, yet so powerful when I try to lift my 180lb body weight. Yes, you can buy a large set of work out machines like in the gym, but be practical, most people like me won't/can't do it. If you can consistently go to the gym, then nothing compares. But a tiny workout equipment like this, so cheap, so easy to use, and which can take care of most of your upper body, is way too good. Very difficult initially, I could hardly even hold my body weight, let alone doing one pull-up. but as I started using it, I'm improving over the weeks. It can help you do wonders to your body, provided you use it consistently. I'm lazy so far but enjoy my children using it all the time they visit me, and I get motivated. I'll write another review on my workout results after I get ready to train Arnold Schwarzenegger :-) NOTE: If you have a back injury, you MUST consult your doctor before you even think about buying any workout equipment but read on. I have a severe injury (disk herniation). After several weeks of treatment, my doctors encouraged me to gradually perform exercise on my upper back and neck muscles. I bought this product hoping to exercise at the comfort of my own home. I can say that I am extremely satisfied by the product. I have used around doorway pullup bars and this is by far the most sturdy. When I do pullups, the bar does not shake at all. This is the only pullup bar where I can preform leg raises without any give. It sits nice and tight on the doorway, definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pullup bar ... show more

I bought this after reading dozens of reviews about it first. I was aware that the door frames needed to be sufficiently deep for this to be effective. I thought a couple of mine would be; they weren't. My bad. I am still able to hang from this if I am careful, and if my frame was deep enough, this would be of great use to me. I would recommend it to anyone, but make sure the frame width is to specification or better. ... show more

This thing gets so much traffic! Between actual pull-ups and just hanging to stretch, this thing is one of the best Amazon purchases I think I’ve ever made. Great quality—the newer models stopper for the door frame is excellent quality, and I never feel unsafe! I weigh a good 160lbs and it has alway held my weight easily no matter what I do. Does what’s it’s supposed to do. It won’t get you ripped - you will. Foam wore out after 7-8 years. I turned it a bit and it worked for a little while longer. Foam can leave minor marks and small indents on door frame but you won’t notice unless you’re looking. I’ve never had anyone notice.

This thing got me built. Only downside is now I'm stuck with toothpick legs and when it finally decided to come off the door I broke both my legs, and now I'm just built in a wheel chair. On a real note though as with most people who buy this, after 3+ months makes a nice dust collector
