Many other reviews have mentioned dented/scratches bottles and leaking. I must be one of the fortunate ones because I've had no problems. I love the finish and texture. The laser engraving is a luxurious touch. The bottle opening has a more rounded edge and feels great drinking from it. My bottle came with 3 different lids. I've only used 2 so far and love them. The water flows easily at a good rate of speed. Not too fast, but not too slow. The bottle opening is narrow, but easy to clean with the proper bottle brush. I have bought so many water bottles over the years. Some from Costco, Starbucks, and a Stanley cup and these Iron Flask Jugs are the best ever!! I put ice in it in the morning and I still have ice the next evening. It’s unreal. My other complaint with other water jugs is that they start to smell if you don’t wash them every day or if you leave water in them. These water jugs refuse to smell. I have literally left ice water in them for weeks (I forgot where I put it) and it didn’t even smell a little bit. The other huge plus is Iron Flask gives you 3 different lids (no extra charge) to choose from and switch between. I love that. I can use the one with a handle when going on a walk or to a theme park but then I can use the straw one when I’m at home or at work. And buying extra lids is super easy and inexpensive. My Stanley cup came with one lid choice and now I have to buy extra ones if I want to be able to take it to a theme park or on a walk. I think I’ll re-gift my Stanley cup. For the record I love these cups so much I have 5 of them in all different sizes and I will continue to buy this brand. I did my research before choosing this water bottle and it seems to have paid off. It keeps water cold, doesn't leak, and I've dropped it a few times and it's only suffered some small scratches. If you leave it in the sun though, the outside can get pretty hot

Very sturdy and resistant to scratches. I dropped it once on rocks and the paint is a little scratch with white streaks but not too noticeable. Doesn’t dent very easily. And the lids make it very versatile. I love it.
