I love, love this cup. My husband gifted it to me on Mother's Day and it has been highly used. I'm a teacher so long days with no access to ice is my work day. If I fill it up with ice in the morning and refill it with water all day it will still have ice in it when I go home. I took it camping in Florida in 90 F degree weather and it held ice for 24 hrs! That alone made it worth every penny. I've dropped it, knocked it over, knocked it off tables and nothing spilled! The screw on lid held! The little flaps around the straw mean business. Nothing leaks around the straw. I haven't tipped it completely upside down, but I would expect it to leak from the straw then because there's no valve. At work I get so many compliments on the color and it is very pretty. It will show fingerprints, but those wipe off fairly easily. Even with me being clumsy the color still looks new and hasn't changed or chipped after washing. It's a large cup, but it fits in my car cup holder and the side pocket on my work bag. It's currently my favorite cup!

We love these mugs! We took them on a long road trip through Utah and they were perfect. They kept ice in them for two days straight, sometimes more, even with the heat. It was amazing. They're easy to use, easy to clean and they're beautiful. They're made of quality material and we didn't worry that they would break in any way. Sometimes the lid would be on too tight and it was hard to get off but we might've tightened it too much to begin with. We've only used the lid with the straw and it's very easy to drink out of. We're very happy we got these!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: LOVE this cup. I spent too much time researching because I wanted a 40oz cup but did not like the giant look of the popular brands. I compared measurements and read plenty of reviews and finally decided on this one and I’m so glad I did. I love the two lid options and extra straw. I loved it enough to order one to replace my husband’s tattered cup as well. This cup holds ice, my friend has already knocked it off a table while camping and it survived the fall flawlessly, it fits in all my cup holders.

Bought it to replace a similar cup that leaked and almost caused a fire when it dripped on my phone/charger. My 2nd one from Walmart had zero insulation. I left it somewhere and didn't even care to look for it. As for this one, I LOVE the cobalt blue color, and it's got great insulation. My only complaint is about the lids. The flip-top screws on so that the mouthpiece is in the most awkward place and won't change no matter how you try to screw it down. It's pretty much useless. I went with the 2nd lid where the straw is in the middle so it doesn't matter how you screw it down, but I hate having to crane my neck and tilt it more to reach the straw, which causes it to leak on my chest when it's full. Other than the lid issues, it's great, and so far, it's the winner in the 64 oz class. I have other Iron Flasks and they are all great too.

You're wondering if it keeps your coffee hot, right? I poured 6.5 cups of pour over coffee in here for a trip. My wife drank a couple of cups from it during that day and I opened it the following day and poured what was left into a large mug and it was still warm! Not burn your tongue hot but decently warm and still drinkable. The lid is a little screwy and lining up the threads can be challenging but not impossible. You really don't have to torx it tight to maintain heat or stop leaking. It doesn't leak! It's perfect for our camping trips!

I bought this at the height of the Stanley phase for a fraction of the price and to say I’m pleased is an understatement!! I usually get crushed ice from the gas station and fill it with water and my ice and water stays for almost 2 days..I haven’t had any issues with the handle so far and I bought a 6 pack replacement straws from here so I haven’t had any issues!! Only used it for cold drinks and not hot! I’m very happy with my cup!

LEAKS! I have had several ironflask mugs and they have all been exceptional, except this one. First the good, this mug like all the others keeps my coffee hot for hours, the best I've ever had, but the lid is the problem, it leaks horribly. The problem is you can't tighten the lid enough and still use the handle because the opening is totally out of place. I've had this mug for almost a year and still use it around the house, but it can't be trusted to take out with you. I have an update, after contacting ironflask they immediately took care of my problem with a replacement mug and the lid on the new one fits perfectly! They didn't have to replace this product because it was out of the warranty time period, but they stepped up and I had a new product within just a few days, terrific customer service 5 STARS
