This tumbler has kept my drinks cold and with ice overnight in record highs in Texas! I was super happy to have found a cup that works like I need it to work. 8 months in and after literal daily use, my lid won't seal. It turns to the tightest in can now and then starts over. The tightest isn't the tightest it used to be and if I leave it at that tightness it will leak everywhere. After trying for 3 days to figure out if the gasket was flipped or wet or what I finally contacted the company via their website. Gave them all the information they asked for and asked if I could buy a replacement lid as I couldn't find any on Amazon. They informed me they will send me a whole new cup for free, to replace the one that I have. I truly wasn't expecting that. Great customer service, great cold cup, and not entirely leak proof but if you knock it over and quickly pick it back up it shouldn't leak. ... show more

I’ve had the tumbler (32oz) for a few months and it’s durable for sure. I’m clumsy and it has slipped out my hand a few times with no dents and and no spills with the lid. Also the rubber at the bottom of it, has prevented me from knocking it over far more than a handful of times. It keeps my water cold for a few(3/4) hrs well before temp starts to slowly change and easy to clean. It’s cute and functional at a reasonable price. Tight, secure, leak proof and great thermal retention I love the new design. It’s pretty much the only way I drink water now lol. My only critique is on this cup and a second larger cup. The color transition is a little bit less seamless than it used to be. (more spotty compared to my old 1.0 cup from them) if I had to guess it’s probably just a manufacturing kink while rolling out there new product. Works perfect for me! I liked this because it came with the straw lid and the coffee lid. Doesn't really leak unless you hold it upside down. Keeps the drink cool and looks cute! After using it for a day, I wouldn't say it's any better than a Walmart or dollar tree one, but it does come with the aesthetic print and lids! The straws aren't top notch either.... If you don't care about any of that, I would save the money because it's not worth as much as it's listed for, other than that it's a good product. ... show more
