Exactly like in picture . does exactly what i wanted to make me break a sweat i use these every morning for 15 minutes . at first i found it hard to use but i seen it comes with easy exercise flyer and free exercise videos . when i say free videos its not cds its a paper with information on where to view the free work out videos . please dont leave negative reviews if you dont know how to use it or if its too hard to use . take your time and read everything that comes inside your amazon package. This product rocks! I’m a personal trainer, and not only do I do it myself either in the form of a circuit of exercises or in between my weightlifter sets, I prescribe the exercise programming with the my clients. Great core and cardio workouts. I will be buying more in the future to travel with.

    • Sliders great for hard floor surfaces

The sliders have been working quite well since receiving them. They work best on hard surface floors. The perfect thing I noticed is that they have become quite scratched on the sliding surface and some of the paint from the a sliding surface scratched off and onto the floor. My floor isn’t perfectly smooth so that could be why. Overall a product that words well, but not as expensive as some other brands. If you’re going for function choose these sliders. ... show more

Not sure why these disks don’t slide. When my gym was open we used disks, thought I would buy some for home workouts but they don’t glide. Tried various different types of surfaces.
