I ordered this a year ago (with my doubts because the reviews were half and half) but just 1 lasted me over a year, it still works but not as well so I thought I would get a new one. I used my old one (no joke) about 1,100 times because I like a clean screen especially when using my apple pencil, I would clean it at least 3 times or more a day because I do all virtual schooling. I love this screen cleaner because it leaves absolutely NO residue, just a clean screen that feels amazing. It picks up lint, dust, hair, and fingerprints. Clean it when it starts to not pick up as much or clean as well. Its very easy and fast to clean it. By far my favorite and most used iPad accessory would definietly recommend, this works much better then any of the liquid cleaners I have tried. The way I clean it: Rub off the dirt on the roller under warm water, then let it air dry, open, standing up. If you need to use it right away: shake the water off and roll it on an absorbant fabric that wont leave lint or hair on it. (if hair gets on it you will have to clean it again because the hair jams the rolling. My new one I ordered recently does appear to have a small problem with it. The roller gets stuck on the inside when rotating so I have to hold the cover open when using it and it doesn't roll on the screen easily which does make it harder to use. Not sure why the new one is like this, the black part could be slightly warped/uneven so it is touching the inside which I think is the problem. I did order a new one and I'm gonna see if it has the same problem because they could have changed the product since a year ago or mine could just be a defect. However it still cleans the screen just as well. The new one comes tomorrow and I will edit this for an update. The old one works good still so I might use that in the meantime. Despite the problems with the newer one I still rate this product 5/5 stars because of how much I loved the old one. RECOMMENDED❤ !UPDATE!: Sorry it took me a while to update this but the new new roller I bought (because the other one was a defect) came about a month ago and it works PERFECTLY, just as good (if not better) than I remeber the original working. It doesn't have the problems the defect does and it rolls on the screen so smoothly, never getting stuck or closed. LOVE this product so much and will countue to purchase in coming years! Works great for cleaning, but my iRoller only lasted 6 months

I first ordered a single iRoller on April 6th (2026), but the sticky rubber started ripping apart and getting all over my iPad while I was cleaning the screen on October 7th (2026). I’ve been using my iRoller often, and I wasn’t disappointed by its ability to keep my touch screens streak-free and clean. I had to throw out my first once I saw the rubber rip, but luckily, I already ordered backup iRollers a few months before the first iRoller ripped itself to shreds. At least my first iRoller worked great while it lasted. I think it was my hand soap (which I used to clean it if my devices were really dusty) that caused the rubber to start ripping, so lesson learned: when cleaning the iRoller, just use tap water! ... show more

It's okay at cleaning, but it's AMAZING at getting all the dust.

I was skeptical of it cleaning, and it does a decent job surprisingly, I mostly wanted it to get all the little hairs right before using a screen protector. It gets EVERY hair each time, if you are able to clean the screen and then use this you will get optimal results, there will not be a single thing left on the screen. My use case is using this at a phone store before putting customers screen protector on, and it makes us look so much more professional and speeds everything up. On its own it's an okay product, but if you are looking mostly for getting dust and hairs THIS IS YOUR PRODUCT. I've found it more so needs the cleaning when getting oils and residue off, it does a decent job but gets dirty after 20 uses or so, in which time you just leave it out to dry. That's mainly why I suggest you just use it for hairs and dust, because you'll have to clean it so much less! ... show more

Expensive tool, ideal for infrequent deep cleaning

First of all, a warning: this product can present a display hazard (the reason I deducted two stars). • See picture 1 — there was a leftover piece of plastic (gate vestige) on the roller bearing, thin and sharp like a blade. • I only noticed it after a few rolls across the main display of my Fold, and thankfully no damage occurred. I removed it with pliers. • Please check for leftover plastic before using this iRoller on your display. Performance: As a general cleaning tool, this is too expensive. Its price is only justified for very specific, harder tasks on delicate devices: • For glossy glass: a simple lint-free cloth is enough. • For matte glass: Apple’s polishing cloth does the job. Where the iRoller makes sense is on foldable devices like the Samsung Fold/Flip, with their soft inner displays: • These soft screens collect dust easily. • Wiping with fingers or general cloth is risky — grease, sweat, and pressure can embed dust into the soft plastic. • Blowing off dust often fails, especially if moisture has glued it down. • Stickers work for most particles and I use them for the most situations because they are way more affordable, but they can't help the sharp ones that have pierced the surface. In these cases, a gel-type cleaner is ideal: flexible enough to reach the uneven surface of a soft protector. But there are still some concerns: • If it is too sticky then it risks pulling the soft protector off • If it leaves residues, cleaning off those sticky gel particles on your dedicate soft display is a read hassle • You want to bring it with your phone, and the procedure should be combined and convenient Then iRoller is almost the only remaining option because: (1) The gel is not too sticky (2) Unlike the general lint rolls, It is designed for screen cleaning and leaves no residue behind (3) It is portable and convenient, without needing a spray of unknown chemical stuff on the delicate surface (4) It is safe on the soft display because the gel is soft, and the cleaning process does not require press onto the display (unlike wipes) Use iRoller as the last resort for dusts. I had stubborn particles embedded in my soft display that neither blowing, wiping, nor stickers could remove. I was close to booking a protector replacement. After a few careful rolls in different directions with the iRoller, the particles were gone — even the ones pressed deep into the soft plastic. It also removed dust stuck down by finger grease that I couldn’t blow off. Hence, this is an expensive “last resort” tool. If you’re rich enough to be lazy, it works for all-purpose screen cleaning. But realistically, its high cost is justified only for delicate, foldable displays with the most stubborn dust. ... show more

Way Better than expected

This little thing is great. It removes dust and finger prints from screens with just a wipe or two. It comes in a great little plastic container with a door flap thing you can close over it when not in use. I use one for my ipad and phone screens, and have another I keep in my Tesla to clean the big screen. I have enjoyed these things so much, I bought several more for Christmas gifts. No spraying liquid cleaners or rubbing, you just run it across the screen. You will be surprised how well it works. ... show more

Light Use, Broke Quickly

I used this once daily to clean my iPad screen. It got dirty rather quickly requiring the rinse to clean it. Ok, fine. But after less than 30 days of light use, the corner of the cleaning roller delaminated and tore. Unusable at that point and trashed it. I’m really surprised it so highly rated. Cheap! ... show more
