It is perfect size and just what I wanted but I loaded the bottom drawer then the middle drawer. When I opened and loaded the top drawer as I pushed it in I realized there is a 5 inch crack right down the front corner. So straight down the corner that opening and closing the drawer empty it did not show but once I put stuff in it BANG there it was. So I put a strip of duct tape on the inside an outside of the crack. Too much hassle to unload everything - not heavy stuff- and take everything else out of the closet it goes in and then put it all back. If it does not hold up I will do all that and return if still returnable. I should have looked at more of the bad reviews because many people have the same problem with this issue ... show more

It arrived broken on the bottom and the bottom of the box was beaten up. Only came in one box with nothing around it to protect it. I decided to just fix it with tape and see how it does. I didn't really want to wait for another one. Also I believe the dimensions said it was a total of 25" but it's only a little under 25" with no wheels, with wheels it's a little over 26". This makes me a bit disappointed cause I got it to roll under my desk in the unused space I have under there, unfortunately it needed to be under 26" to do that. I do think this product could be improved if it had more of the sturdy black plastic under all of the drawers to prevent them from bowing, since these are deeper drawers, instead of just around the border of the bottom of the drawers. They don't feel like they can handle much weight. ... show more

    • Hit or miss...
Quality is hit or miss. I bought 5 of them for my home inventory project, 1 brand new, and 4 like new from Amazon warehouse. Ironically, the brand new one did came missing the 4 rollers, while the like new ones all came with them. 2nd QA issue was there is a half circle shaped piece close to the end of each back rail, some of the drawers will not close, if the drawer right on top is loaded and a bit heavy, one must open the drawer on top, then close the hard-to-close drawer, and it worked. But I did not return the problem chests, they are just issues we learn to deal with, the chest serve their purpose for now ... show more

    • Works but drawers don’t fully close
It does the job, but sometimes the drawers do not close all the way, and if you try to close them all the way, it just pops back out.

    • I prefer these over Sterilite
i made the mistake of buying a cheaper brand of these 3 --Drawer storage units. If you want something to last buy the Iris brand. They are well made and not flimsy like the Sterilite ones. I had one Iris 3 drawer storage unit for over 15 years and still is intact. Now won't buy anything else for my storage needs. ... show more

    • Just try to get one without damage!
This is a very nice storage cart IF YOU CAN GET ONE THAT IS NOT DAMAGED. I have a taller one that I like very much for storing my art supplies. Love the big, clear drawers so I can see the contents. But it seems like Iris is having issues with packaging and shipping. It took two purchases to make one whole useable cart the first time I purchased one. The company won't send out a replacement drawer (that would be too easy), they want the whole cart back for an exchange/refund. So, I ordered a second cart, which also had a broken drawer, btw, and switched my broken drawer for a good drawer. I wanted a second smaller cart, like the first one, only 3 drawers instead of 5. Yep, this little 3 drawer cart had 2 cracked drawers. I'm not willing to order and return multiple items in order to build one good product again, so back it goes, I'm done this time. ... show more
