    • Badly designed and of flimsy construction
There’s plastic tabs on each rear horizontal support strut, maybe intended to support the drawers when they’re closed but in fact only serving to make it impossible to close a drawer while there’s any non-trivial weight in the drawer above, since the flimsy little tabs readily bend down under the weight, into the path of the drawer below. You have to do this comical little dance of opening the upper drawer in order to close the one below it (sometimes across multiple drawers, all the way to the top). A frustrating and user-hostile design, frankly. And overall it’s just flimsy. The plastic is weak and bends easily. The drawers themselves bend and flex with ease, deforming under any meaningful load and becoming difficult to slide in and out. They also become brittle in time (a year or two) - one of mine cracked all along the side, reducing its already limited structural integrity even further. Basically if you put any real weight in the drawers - or worse, in every drawer - the whole thing sags, deforms, and becomes a pain to use. The swivel wheels on the bottom are very small and very cheap - half of them basically don’t rotate on any axis, so you’re basically just pushing it forcefully around, if you try to move it.     • Doesn't Hold Weight of Fabric
I bought this unit to store pieces of quilt fabrics. Only problem is once you even put load them half full of fabric, you can't fully close the drawers with reaching behind the drawer to the back and literally lifting up the frame of the drawer above for the drawer with items in it to fully close the drawer you pulled out. They simply don't function as intended with any kind of weight at all in them. I guess if you're using the drawers for toilet paper, they'll work fine, but don't try to put anything of any substance in them. Definitely don't waste your money on this one! I'll end up tossing this sooner rather than later because it's simply not functioning like it should and it's annoying as hell to have to reach around and lift the frame up to push the drawer back in. ... show more

    • Arrived damaged, frame seems flimsy
A small piece of the bottom frame had broken off in transit, seemingly the result of poor packaging and rough handling and/or the fliminess of the frame itself. So it was already disappointing out of the box. This unit is best used, in my opinion, for lightweight storage, like yarn or clothing. Sorry I bought this. Too much of a hassle to return. I'll use duct tape to reinforce the damaged area. Very costly for something not well made. ... show more

Great for clothes and other items that are not too heavy. Comes assembled except for wheels. Looks great. A clean appearance. I got the white with clear drawers so I could see inside. Just got 4 more for my house. Many uses to great organizing.

    • Drawers cannot function once you put anything in them.
This was redesigned and now the drawers fail to work properly. The tab at the back of the drawer stops it from going back in once opened. Bad design! The older model did not have the same problem.

Item is just as I expected. Nice size plastic drawers that slide smoothly. Each drawer could probably fit 2 shoe boxes. Only sad part for me is that mine arrived damaged on top.. hopefully the seller will exchange it for me

    • Great for basement storage
I needed extra drawers for storage in my unfinished basement. This was perfect. It is plastic so not heavy duty. A nice advantage is its on rollers so can easily roll it out of the way if need.

    • Waste of time
Came with broken drawers and missing casters. Returned twice. All three sets came the same.... missing casters and at least two of five cracked drawers with each delivery. Waste of time.
