    • Piece of junk quit working after one week
Update: Seller has contacted me and had the broken chair picked up and new chair delivered. I will wait a few months to see how the new chair works and post back if there are any issues. Hopefully this one will work. Previous review below from broken chair. Chair was okay for the first week. Then the SL Track kept getting stuck and making noise in the lower section of the track. Next sensory mode quit working. Then the chair would only work in the upper body but always on the most intense 4D which hurts like crazy. Sensitivity won't turn down. Has annoying hard plastic in the heels of your feet that squeeze on the Achilles tendon and are not comfortable at all and can not be turned off unless you turn all of the lower half of the body compression. I contacted seller about the technical issues with the chair. I was told they would send a technician out. Technician never showed. We have contacted and left several messages with Massage Chair Max, who the seller uses in our area, and they will not respond to us. They did for the first couple of weeks and kept saying they had to look into the issue. I think they were stringing us along until we were past the date of return. Went to start a return today, the 15th, and was told by Amazon that I could not make a return past the 13th of August. Now I am stuck with a large $4000 piece of uncomfortable furniture doing nothing but taking up space in my room. Do not order unless you just like to throw money away. ... show more
