10 months later, it's still holding up and functions as expected. Only issue is that the BANG loudly as the wind blows across the house. I'd keep that in mind if this is to be installed in your attic. Some foam weather stripping on the base of the louvers helped.

The vent works as it should. Light weight so louvers could easily dent if mishandled. No problems with install. Opens and closes smoothly when auto attic fan kicks on. Quiet too. Functions well. Cannot speak to durability but so far I'm happy with purchase. Super cool to watch the vent open when auto fan turns on. Hoping that the exhaust set up we created pulls all the hot air from the attic and cools the house for the coming Florida Summer. We bought the Quiet Cool Green, this vent matched it perfectly.
