Perfect for your little construction worker. They are less than twice the size of Matchbox/ Hot Wheels vehicles. They are very detailed with great craftsmanship. When various joints flex, the tiny pistons adjust. I've included a picture of them in a kinetic sand Monster jam arena where they fit perfectly. I recommend this for kids old enough not to swallow little pieces (not that any parts have come off yet). If my kid loses these, I will buy them again.

This toys I must say that are one of the most detailed and heavy duty toys I have seen so far. The hydraulics that are added on each piece of machinery and how smooth they work plus having the details outside and inside the cabin of each toy definitely make these toys stand up above the rest. Each one is about the size of your palm, and they are heavy duty metal cast. The only only thing that is faulty with one of the toys that doesn’t give them a full 5 star review is the rubber track for the excavator. Both tracks are 1. Loose which makes them come out the wheels and 2. The rubber line that’s in the middle of the track that fits on the wheel is not continuous all along the rubber which makes it come off the wheel along with the rubber being loose

THE CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES IN THIS SET ARE REALLY EXCELLENTLY DETAILED, AND ALMOST RESEMBLE HIGH-END COLLECTOR MODELS. THEY ARE ABOUT 1/48 SCALE, WHICH IS THE EQUIVALENT OF O SCALE FOR TOY AND MODEL TRAINS. THESE CONSTRUCTION VEHICLES WOULD MAKE EXCELLENT SCENERY ITEMS FOR A LIONEL TRAIN LAYOUT OR A LOAD FOR A LIONEL OR O SCALE FLATCAR.

I love the fact that my 3 year old nephew can play as rough and tough with these. They are very well made. With others I’ve bought in the past, he would play one round with them then come crying to me with bits and pieces in his little hands and I would do my best to super glue them together the best I could only to have them break apart. With these I’ve had no more broken parts which saves me from a broken heart seeing him cry over them breaking. Great purchase! And the price wasn’t too bad either!
