False Advertising and a Scam
Item was not unlocked as advertised. I tried to transfer over my cell phone service to the device I received from Amazon, and my cell phone service provider told me that it was a locked device and could not be unlocked by anyone but Amazon. Amazon customer service then told me to return the item because they did not have the ability to unlock it either, so I did return it immediately, and now the refund has been delayed for over two weeks because it is a high value item. Such a complete mess. I'm so frustrated. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

I’ve had this phone now for a few months in the beginning I was ecstatic going from an iPhone 10 to this. I’ve been having multiple issues with websites, displaying and being able to make selections now it has been ongoing. There is something wrong with the software in this phone. I am very disappointed. Glitches all the time I wonder if they would be able to exchange it because it was a lot of money.

Its crap its not an unlocked phone do not purchase this. You will not be able to install a cellular network onto it will be stuck in SOS mode and will not allow any ESIM on to device. Enjoy by not buying!!!

Not happy with new iPhone 17 pro max
Played games for a couple of hours, phone is hot to the touch, might return new phone and it does not respond every time I touch the screen and it does not lock most times, I had a iPhone 11 and I thought I was really moving up with a top of the line iPhone, sadly mistaken
