Update: I said the last would be my final but I was able to get through to the seller and they made it right and warrantied the cables. I’ll update on the longevity; maybe I got bad batch. Update: This is my final update. These cables are officially trash for me. As I mentioned, the first pack of 2 failed within a month. Of the second pack of 2 I bought, 1 has started to fail and I’m now beyond the return/exchange window. I fully expect the ‘exchange’ pack I got to fail over the next month as well. I’ve never, ever experienced cables that seemed so well built but failed on such a consistent basis. I am gentle with these cables. Most of our devices are usb c but our family has 4 iPhones and 1 lightning iPad so I wanted these to be future proof. These sit by the bedside on tables (2) and there’s 1 in an office and kitchen. Unfortunately, I’ve just ended up wasting my money. Not sure where all these good reviews came from. For clarity, when I say the cable has failed, I mean that it no longer charges the device even usb c to usb c (direct) connection. Update: Cable 2 of the 2-pack of cables has failed. This cable wasn't being moved or shuffled. It sits on a bedside table and charges either my iPad Pro or iPhone. It's not looking good. If they keep going bad I will seek refund vs. exchange. At this point I just can't recommend them. There's no damage that I can see to the cable or connectors, anywhere. Initial Review: The cables are nice and long and the price point was good. They seem durable. The fact that they are ‘convertible’ adds much value. My 2 main issues; the connectors loosen very very easily, especially the lightning one. It is not sturdy. You can’t move around a lot or it will absolutely disconnect the lightning portion, heck even gravity will do it if you leave the device at the ‘wrong’ angle. If you use it as usb c, no worries there. The second and biggest issue, one of my 2 packs of cables failed within a week. I can understand that things can happen but I have a bad feeling that this is going to be the trend. Will update as necessary. ... show more

These are a really cool concept and are convenient if you have an apple and other devices that use usb-c, and you’re in a pinch. That said, if you’re mainly planning to use this as an everyday charger for an apple device, I wouldn’t get this charger. The apple charger attachment thing easily slips off if you try to use your device while it’s charging. That said, if you’re mostly planning to use it for the usb-c and the apple charger only for emergencies/friends, then it’s a good option. ... show more

Bought them but they both worked only for one night. Now neither of them won’t charge my phone. I definitely don’t recommend these cords at all. Big waste of money. Now I’m home sick can’t charge my phone so If one of my employees call from my restaurant wth am I supposed to do? Thanks

i’ve had these for a couple months now and they work awesome. it charges my phone quickly and definitely the 10 ft which i love. i haven’t had any problems with it yet. my husband and i both like the charger! i recommend it so much even my mom got some lmao
