Currently writing this review from my new IPhone 13 Pro Max, I decided to downgrade from the 16, I know it sounds crazy but too much apple intelligence and other gadgets I didn’t need made me regret upgrading in the first place. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is a powerhouse, and Amazon renewed premium was amazinggg, the phone came at 100% battery health, not a single scratch or dent on the camera or anywhere on the screen. It’s been amazing so far and I highly recommend this if you’re looking for an iPhone that does everything like the newer visions but without Dynamic Island or AI. First time powering on phone after fully charging as this was a gift for my daughter's birthday only for it to not allow us to set up the phone it completely froze I attempted troubleshooting and not even Apple could help as they attempted additional troubleshooting. Additionally, the phone gets very hot after being on for 5 minutes which seems strange. Very disappointed as this was supposed to be excellent quality. I disagree. ... show more

Once more Amazon renewed products do not disappoint. This is my 2nd time we buy a premium Amazon renewed product. I wanted an iPhone with a SIM card slot which works globally to be a Christmas gift to my nephew. Frankly, I was very concerned about the condition of the phone in general and whether or not it will work with non US SIMs after reading several reviews. I am happy to report I was not disappointed. The phone quality is great, looks exactly like a brand new phone, it works great & fast, good speakers, battery life 100%, and screen condition is perfect quality. The phone condition generally is similar to that of a brand new without a single scratch. It would can be considered brand new if also it came in Apple an original package.
