If I could give this item more than 5 stars I would! Without any hesitation. I got this phone and couldn’t be more pleased with it. My old phone ended up taking an unplanned dip in the pool and the screen started malfunctioning. I ended up having to get a whole new phone last minute and on an emergency basis. For one. I ordered it and it came within 3 hours. YES WITHIN THREE HOURS! I was amazed at how fast it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival it did arrive in a regular white box wrapped and with a sticker of some sort on the screen. I peeled the sticker back and inspected the screen and found NO scratches no dings. Nothing!!! I then inspected the rest of the phone and same. It’s as perfect as could be. Brand new. I then tried turning it on. Unfortunately the phone was dead. I started getting a little scared. Was it too good to be true. I plugged it in and in moments it powered on. I checked the battery health. And lo and behold. 100% 🤯. I was in shock!! I’ve had it for a few days now and everything is great! I could t be more happy. For reference I got it in excellent condition. In midnight.

So far, so good! Upgraded my almost 13 year old from an iPhone 6 to the iPhone 13. The phone arrived as advertised. Premium - Renewed. Literally looks and functions as if brand new. Battery health was/is at 100%. Everything functions as it should. I chose the unlocked version and was able to slip our Mint mobile sim card in and it worked seamlessly. **I wasn’t crazy about the packaging. I think everything could have been more securely packaged. You could literally hear the phone and accessories sliding all around in the box before I even opened the bubble mailer envelope. The phone also came pre set up and was just waiting for the new Apple ID to be signed in. This made me a little weary, so I did do a factory reset. For the price and condition though this was a great purchase! I would purchase from Amazon/the seller again in the future.

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. So far so good! Always be mindful of the seller when it comes to renewed phones. This is my 2nd purchase. I had to return the initial purchase due to the phone heating up(very 1st day) and the exterior being scratched up. This time around, I am satisfied with this seller. I was as skeptical as anybody could be, I've never purchased a refurbished/renewed/pre-owned phone before. I was worried of faulty parts and bad battery percentage. I couldn't have been more wrong about it. Received the phone an entire week before the estimated delivery window, which is awesome since this phone is to replace an elderly family members older iPhone that was giving up and not receiving calls anymore. So getting this early was just great. I purchased the "good" condition option, opened the package and the phone was in impeccable condition, not a single scratch on the screen or on the back glass. Buttons worked great and sim tray opened easily. Opened the phone and started setting up, 99% BATTERY! I can't recommend this enough if you're somebody who is sketched out to buy from an actual person and just want a used iPhone at a great price, buy it from Amazon!

Although my iPhone 6S Plus still works just as well as when I first bought it, it cannot connect to Airtag 2nd generation in the Find My app, so I wanted to get an updated iPhone to use modern Airtags (2nd gen), the Find My app, and the Apple Podcasts app, which has a fantasic auto-generated transcripts feature. I originally got a Renewed/Refurbished iPhone 12, but the battery life was disappointing when compared to iPhone 6S Plus. I paid a few bucks more and upgraded to the iPhone 13 Renewed Premium. It was really worth it! A renewed premium/refurbished iPhone 13 has everything you need for a modern smartphone in 2026: 1. One-year warranty/return period with Amazon. It came with a checklist and a list of all the refurbished/replacements done to the device in the Service History in the About screen on the iPhone. I got 100% battery life since the battery and logic board were replaced. 2. It can run iOS 26, which has a lot of cool, quality-of-life features compared to my iPhone 6S Plus: MagSafe wireless charging, StandBy mode to turn it into a desk calendar/clock screen when horizontal and charging with MagSafe, Category grouping in Mail, Face ID unlock is quick and easy to set up and is blazing fast unlocking the iPhone. 3. The 6.1-inch screen and power button did have hairline scratches, but they disappear with a screen protector and a case, so I don't mind. The display still looks great for 60 Hz! I do not play games on my smartphones, so I don't care about it. The only negatives: 1. iPhone 13 is heavier and thicker than the iPhone 12. 2. I don't think the camera focus of either back lens is as sharp as the iPhone 6S Plus. It takes a long time to focus, especially for close-up shots, and boke is not reliable. I am hoping to keep it for another 5 years, as I trust the quality of Apple and its refurbishment partners.

I ordered this phone with next-day delivery and received it on time. My first impression was that the Lightning cable included was obviously not an Apple cable. It was thin, flimsy, and seemed like the type of cable that could potentially cause charging port issues with long-term use. It also triggered a "slow charger" alert when I tried to use it, so I decided to throw the cable away and use one of my own. Secondly, the phone was listed as being in "Excellent" condition, but when the package arrived, the box itself had "Good" checked off on the condition label. That was disappointing and confusing. Other than those two issues, the phone seems suitable for the next couple of years, at least based on my initial experience. I will update this review if that changes. For context, I'm coming from an iPhone XR. I don't closely follow new iPhone releases, I'm not a photography enthusiast, and I can't break down all of the technical specifications the way some reviewers can. What I can say is that the phone was advertised as unlocked and it was, in fact, unlocked. It arrived in pristine cosmetic condition, and I absolutely love the blue color.
