The phone just came today and honestly I'm very surprised by the quality. I was always skeptical of how these products would be in real life but I'm blown away. First of all the phone looks very clean and brand new. There's just a small dent on the top left that's all. The battery life is 96%, which is amazing! Without the dent it would be very hard to tell whether the phone was previously owned. I would recommend getting the premium renewed rather than the regular renewed as the quality will be guaranteed. The phone arrived quickly and in excellent condition as advertised. I am very pleased. Inserted my sim card and the only thing not imported was my notes. As I was using the sim from a dead phone, I was happy the rest of my apps and contacts did transfer to the new phone so easily. The media could not be loaded. Yes, YEs, YES. Save your time the trouble and just get this phone. It was easy to transfer one phone to another. It came secured in place in a white box. It came with the tool to take out the Sim and a charger. Took me about an hour to set up my phone. Camera, sound, lighting. Everything is great. Charged immediately, 100% battery life. The green and look up the phone is beautiful, feels very light and fits in my hand perfectly, without hurting my hand and I fit a medium sized glove, phone is very sturdy. CAME OVER NIGHT. Over all save yourself the trouble of trying to find a new phone on the market and I was searching on Apple and they don’t even make these versions anymore. If you look at my video, you will see my old phone. It’s terrible. So overall, I am completely satisfied. And hopefully not in the near future, but I would buy again. ... show more
