I was looking for a book to help me get reacquainted with the iPhone 12 I had just purchased. I found a condescending large type simplistic description of the iPhone which insulted my intelligence.

    • This book is poorly written and totally worthless. SAVE YOUR MONEY
The author seems more concerned with trying to impress us with his use of terminology rather than with aiding "beginners and seniors" as it advertises. Whole phrases and sentences make no sense. An example, "lean" on the left. The author himself admits multiple times that he has yet to see the phone. Pages 8 through 12 is simply a repeat of the same content 4 times. At least we know he knows how to cut and paste. I don't have a car and I don't want to pay the $6 to return it. I may, instead, compile a list of the inane statements and publish them elsewhere. ... show more

The auther either needs an editor, or needs to fire the editor he has. manny pages are duplicates of the previous page with the next page number on them. Specific directions are unclear of missing. Directions are not completed, like the author fell asleep, or is drunk, or mentally handicaped when composing the text. This book was not helpful at all. ... show more
