  • Usable but not great.
I bought this to use as an all in one keyboard/ mouse for setting up Raspberry pi projects. I'll start by saying it absolutely works for that, the form factor is pretty nice, and I intend to continue using it in spite of its flaws. Now for the bad, the biggest issue seems to be the track pad. It likes to glitch out occasionally making it impossible to control the pointer, luckily the simple fix for this is to flip the on/off switch a few times until the track pad responds correctly again. The keyboard over all works well, I pretty much have no complaints about how that portion works. Overall I like it, I just wish the track pad worked more reliably. ... show more

  • Great for Zoom Sessions
My son needed something better than a laptop for his piano and violin lessons over Zoom. The solution needed to be portable and handheld to allow him to control the mouse from a short distance. This seems to work perfectly. It's small enough to set on top of the piano, it has a full qwerty keyboard for signing in to Zoom, and the trackpad let's him easily control the mouse during sessions. Note that we use Linux, and tested it using both Ubuntu and Mint. While it works fine under Ubuntu, it seems more responsive under Mint. We also tested it on a Windows 11 desktop, and it is just fine there too. Since it's not in use every day, I also like that it has an on/off switch so the batteries don't drain while it's not in use. ... show more

  • Handy...
Works great with most devices, such as phones, tablets, etc. I bought it to use with my smart TV so I don't have to use the stupid remote and because the dongle is in the back, it doesn't work. I'll have to get a connection that hangs down low enough to allow connection to make it work, but other than that, I love the device. The 1st one I got was defective, but Amazon promptly replaced it. ... show more

  • Works great, using it for PI OS.
Recently set up a Nucbox 5 and wanted an easily connectable keyboard mouse solution. I partitioned the drive, and installed Raspberry Pi OS to run a Pihole installation. Plugged this badboy up, and it runs flawlessly on the machine. I can forsee several uses for this in the future as well, and may end up with more than one. Cheap, and it just works. Not something I'd want to use daily, but great for not having to drag out an extra keyboard/mouse just to do something real quick on the Pihole install. ... show more

  • Trackpad is pretty bad
Overall, this worked for what I needed it for. With that said there is one major downside: the trackpad. You have to pretty much max out your cursor speed, or you'll accidentally left click every time you place your finger back down. The trackpad is way to sensitive for tapping to left click. It works fine for starting a movie from the couch, or for mod shortcuts in a video game. I would not recommend if it's for anything extensive. ... show more

  • I like it. A little quirky but super handy.
This little gadget is great for controlling videos on my desktop. It's not always convenient to use the keyboard or the mouse but the mini-keyboard does the job without being intrusive. It can be a little flaky at times but for the most part it just works. I never turn it off, and I usually don't notice any lag when connecting, even after a reboot or an extended time (e.g. overnight) of no use. This was a pleasant surprise. But at times it seems to "forget" how to interact with the computer. This is almost always fixed by either using the two side (scroll) buttons a time or two, or a quick wiggle of the computer's mouse. I think I've had to do the "pairing" one additional time since I've had it. Today is seven weeks since I bought it. I use it every day, though not a lot. It is still on the first set of batteries and shows no signs of battery weakening. One thing that started recently, which may impact battery life: one of the blue lights stays on for several seconds after I push a button. I don't know if this will matter but I don't think it did that at first. Maybe it'll change if I power it down and reconnect. I may buy a second one to use with my Raspberry Pi. This one is working great with a Windows 7 desktop. The keyboard works pretty well, although typing anything of any length would be tough. For controlling things, like the occasional "K" and other shortcut keys for videos, it's ideal. ... show more

  • Great form factor for the size
Great little keyboard for "micro" projects. I'm using mine to interface with a Retro-Pi build on a Raspberry Pi with a 3" touch screen.
