I love these shelves! The height is perfect, but they are on the skinnier side. Make sure you check the dimensions because it is a slimmer shelf. The color is perfect for the vibe I was going for, but is it lighter than it appears in the photos. It is definitely more of a light, natural color but it’s beautiful. I also love the drawer. A lot of reviews said it was narrower than the photos, which is true. But if you read the dimensions in the description, there should be no surprises. I think it’s very cute where i put it, it seems pretty sturdy and has little attachments for the wall so it won’t fall. The directions were a bit confusing at first, but i got the hang of it pretty quick. I’d say for the design of the bookshelf it is pretty good for the money you spend on it. I finished in 2.5 hours(including breaks) and had a few of each type of screw left. ... show more

Being the stickers stand out close-up it makes the furniture look cheaper, not something I would prefer in my more mature years but something great for stating out or if you have it in you to puffy and paint it might make it look better yet it’s sturdy enough and I like the look of the different size shelves making it unique looking and from further away it looks good. The small drawer is handy for our electronics chargers and wires and we plug them in there on the shelf above with wires going down the back so it’s handy (thought about putting in a power strip permanently to use. Used all caps to get attention. This color is not what I expected at all from the picture. I'll deal with it but hope no one else gets this surprise. Assembly is both easy and tricky, the instructions are pictures only so had to make some educated guesses but it worked out. The furniture fasteners similar to what IKEA uses are garbage, they are always going to be loose. The top half of the shelf can be lifted off the bottom due to using these things. Parts are labeled correctly altho some were dirty. Overall I like the shelf but wouldn't buy this if I knew the color was completely different. ... show more

After reading other reviews I was nervous to assemble this but it was pretty easy, took me about 90 minutes and I did the screws by hand because I didn't want to mess it up by using a screw gun and getting over zealous. Although the instructions tell you to just partly screw the screws in as you go, with the step by step it is totally ok to screw them in tightly as you go. I got the blue one and it is beautiful, no flaws, I love it. The drawer is a little bit loose but like someone else said, I think with some glue around the posts that are on the front plate of it, that it will be nice and last me for many years. Someone else mentioned that they put felt on the underside I think so i will do that too for a smooth opening. This is a cute item, I would buy it again! ... show more
