I've used the mat for just over a month and it continues to lose grip. If you wet it down, or if you sweat a lot during your practice, the grip will be great. But I have to keep a spray bottle on hand and spray it frequently during a session or it won't provide stability. Sucks because the design is awesome and it's good quality. I ordered this mat to avoid any offensive odors; however, it is a little to firm for my taste. I have now purchased another mat that is about 1/2" thick rubber.

The quality of material and colour is good 👍🧘as expected and shown. It's little short for men's and probably 6 1/2 ft would be better fit but this is wife enough to turn and do exercises.
