Love how thin this case is! Doesn't add much weight at all unlike bulkier plastic cases. Wish it could fold in landscape since that's my preferred way to read. Color is nice and magnets snaps well to kindle.

It opens over the top instead of hinging at the side. At first I didn't like that, but I got used to it. By hinging over the top it does allow it to make a very simple stand which is nice.

Disappointing quality; it does not secure the device. I cannot recommend this cover. It lacks any physical attachment or secure grip, causing the Scribe to slide out easily unless held tightly. For $79, the material feels surprisingly cheap. I suggest this: the Fintie Slim Case for Kindle Scribe (http://amazon.com/dp/B0DF7S7GWL?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1).
