The charging station is a great asset to have. It makes charging so all my Apple devices so much easier. I have the iPhone, the iWatch and the Airpods next to each other and they are fully charged. I was having a problem with the charger where my iWATCH was not charging to 100%. For an unknown reason, the maximum charge for to the iWatch was 92%. Customer support responded quickly to my emails and worked with me to resolve the problem. Support sent me another charging station and the issue was resolved. I’ve had this charger for a little over a year now and I loved having everything in one, it worked well when traveling with the extra USB port so it only took up one plug but it didn’t do well with how it doesn’t compact and I was nervous to break off the different standing pieces. I use it at night for my watch, phone, and airpod pros and by morning everything is charged. The only downside I’ve ever had is the light on the front so I put a piece of electrical tape over it and solved that problem. Now that I’ve had it for over a year the watch charger is starting to mess up. Once I set my watch on the raised pad it will start charging, the it will stop and start repeatedly until I end up taking the watch off or charging it while I’m awake so I don’t have to hear it ding or watch it light up all the time. I wish it lasted longer but I think I am about to be in the market for another charger soon, the other charging pads still work great though. ... show more

I like the simple design, I was looking for something with a small footprint that can charge all my devices. I specifically chose this model though for the fourth optional usb charging port - surprisingly hard to find! In addition to my iPhone, watch and AirPods, I also have an older gen iPad so I wanted the fourth spot and I liked that I could plug in a usb cable to charge it as needed. My issues: 1) The phone charger part is not magnetic, so there is a lip at the bottom to hold the phone in place. The bottom of my phone case is just a touch too thick so it can’t rest in the designated phone spot vertically. I have to turn my phone sideways to ensure a proper connection / charge. 2) Some mornings when I take my watch off it’s really hot and I feel it when I put it on. I don’t like that - my actual Apple Watch charger never made my watch hot and it makes me nervous. Otherwise, it does the job for now, assuming it keeps working! ... show more

    • Watch Charges Dings Constantly After Full Charge

I really like this charging station, but I do have one complaint. Before I get to that, I do want to say that this looks good on my night stand and I love how I can just lay my devices on it and they charge. My complaint is that after my watch is fully charged, my watch will continuously ding. The watch's battery will ever so slightly loses power (as anything using power would do until turned off) and then charge back to full, which in turns causes it to ding. I do not have this problem when using the Apple charger. I might just need to get a charging station that uses the Apple charger instead of one that is integrated. Other than the watch charging, I think this is really great, but if I forget to silence my watch at night, the dinging wakes me up and that why I give it 3 stars. ... show more

Awesome product but be REALLY careful with the USB-C cable that it comes with. Mine snapped & broke the 2nd time I tried to insert it. I had taken it on vacation-it’s really great to travel with. Replaced the USB-C cord and really love this product. I even charged my old Android on it! Not just for iPhones ... show more

Overall I gave the charging stand 4 stars as from the very get-go I had some issues. But, customer service was Grade A and rectified them right away! Major kudos to the customer support team. .... I ordered 4 (2 black, 2 white) and 1 was defective from the jump. It charged for about a minute or so and just stopped charging. I got a flashing bluish-green light and tried troubleshooting it with different cables and charging blocks but to no avail. The company sent me out a replacement almost immediately and it's good to go now. Also, 1 of each color's blocks failed within the first day. It almost seems as though they are faulty from the factory. I troubleshot them the same as the first initial one and my own iPhone charging blocks worked as a temporary fix until I get new blocks that match the specs needed for quick charging. The charging stations do work well, but they don't charge as fast as I'd hoped, but using them overnight while I sleep, I wake up to a fully charged iPhone 11 Pro Max and Series 6 Apple watch. I've been using them now for about 1.5 weeks and so far, they're still working. I'll update my review at a later date depending on the longevity of the devices. Just a few quick notes: Solid Green light - on and ready Solid Blue light - charging device(s) Flashing blue light - possible bad connection or defective cable/charging block (most likely the block) Flashing bluish-green light - defective device or component ... show more
