I bought this for my 2 year old, she absolutely loves it. It is easy to inflate and set up. I bought the recommended air pump separate, it does not come with an air pump. It has a cute slide and bright colors all around. Perfect for toddler ages but big enough for adults to get in with them and enjoy as well. Bought this when the price was around $38 = excellent price for fun product. Major pros. 1. Fun and engaging design. Bright colors with fun backdrop of characters on the bottom of the pool. Whale and turtle directly relate to the inflatable accessory toys to complete the "animal families". Our baby likes to climb back and forth from the wading area to the main wading area. Slide is fun with the additional pillow cushion to soften the landing. Our toddler is above average in height and has no problem getting down the slide; head first, with a little bounce, climbs up, hides underneath the slide in the wading area from her baby brother, etc. = great fun. 2. Generous size to accommodate an adult as well as multiple small children. Height is also appropriate for a outdoor water fun. For cooling down on a hot day rather than any type of swimming. 3. Sprinkler is great for stimulation and minimizing water intake (fills up pool slowly, but surely this way keeping you cool and avoid having to sit in cold water). 4. It is of stout materials and considerate design. I have purchased several of these inflatable types in the past several years for young children and I find the quality to be very good. A drainage exit for each wading area and an additional exit for overflow in the wading area. Toys are great additions and are of generous size. Obvious cons. 1. Inflatable pools have limited outdoor usage life. Nature of the beast. It is a large set up and a challenge for one person to maintain, but if you are motivated and determined keep in mind our toddler's response, "Mommy, thank you so much! Do you know, I love it, mommy! I bought this pool for my 2 year old son and 8 month old daughter. I think it is perfect for their ages! I'm sure they will be able to play in and enjoy it until they are at least 4 as well. (hopefully longer!) I love that the sides are low so my son can easily jump in and out. Shallow enough for my baby daughter to sit in and splash but enough water for my 2 year old to enjoy. The slide is sturdy and even has a little inflatable pad down at the bottom so kids will have a softer landing. The only thing I don't like is that there is a drain/hole (without a plug) in the deeper wading pool so you can't really keep the water deeper in there. I guess the only real reason for the "deeper" pool is to support the slide. Not really a big deal though, and I understand that it is a safety feature. The inflatable toys that came with the pool are very cute, too. Especially the turtle! My daughter loves the turtle and the bells that are inside. I'm sure once they are older they will enjoy the ring toss. I especially like that there is enough room for me to sit in the pool with my daughter and my son still has enough room of his own to splash around. Definitely the best pool I found and I looked at A LOT of inflatable pools online before I bought this one! I am very happy with my choice! I also bought the intex electric air pump and it filled up the pool within a matter of minutes. I definitely recommend getting an electric pump. There are several different air chambers to fill on this pool and it would be quite a workout with a manual pump. I only put 4 stars for durability just because the palm tree and one side of the slide deflated a little bit after a day. I think I may not have put enough air in that side of the slide to begin with, though. However, The sides are still firm after a week! I put 3 stars for educational, only because I view this as more of a "just for fun" toy, not an educational one. :) ... show more
