The only thing the manufacturers might add as a customer convenience, along with the simple screwdriver included, is a thin stamped hex wrench for installing the wheel casters. A regular hex wrench can begin the threading in of the caster, but eventually the space becomes too narrow for a regular wrench; a thin cheap one would finish the job. The units are mostly assembled and the final assembly is easy. The quality seems excellent, but my usage will be light duty in general and others may have a different experience with the unit loaded with heavy tools. One of the selling points was the peg board like assembly which came in handy for my purpose for the unit, ie, it is very functional for my use. . Pretty good for the price. That said this thing is teenie tiny. In your mind you see the big toolbox for Harbor Freight or maybe the snap-on catalog. This is not that toolbox. The drawers are pretty shallow, the metal is pretty thin. But for the price it does work and the foam in the drawers is a nice touch. It's a nice starter box for a home user.
